Possibly, but with the yellow and not being sure about the screen, im just going to return it.

certainly is a beautiful thing tho. By far the best looking piece of tech ive ever seen.

Just got a mail from Apple, that they have sent mine.

I shuld first get it the 25th febuary. But now i will get it on monday o_O Cant find my serial number on my order though.

Sure is a shame to send it back. But having those problems, it's best.

i'm waiting for mine to be picked up, it's a heartbreaking sight to have it boxed next to me and not using it
 
Checking the US Apple store, my order says "prepared for shipment", however the UK store says "Not yet shipped", strange they aren't linked. Anyone else experienced this?

I should probably stop checking it, as my elders say "a watched kettle never boils"

US Store tracking gets updated ahead of UK - maybe by a few hours.

I just got the same thing. It shipped yesterday but wasn't supposed to ship until the 17th. I can track my order but no serial number yet.

How do I find out the serial number before arriving? Anyone know if they fixed the yellow screen issue yet?

This is my first mac, but I am very nervous about getting a yellow tinted screen based on some of the threads.
 
27" i7, 8GB RAM, 1TB drive

Ordered: 1/28
Original expected ship date: 2/19
Actual ship date: 2/4
Original expected delivery date: 2/24
Scheduled delivery date: 2/9

Serial number says it is a week 6 machine. Hoping for the best and will update when it arrives.
 
A lot of us who ordered Jan 2X have been getting our orders shipped way ahead of time. All week 6, all delivered by the 9th.. interesting.

Go to the check order status page, there is a link/button that will take you to your invoice. It'll more than likely be a week 6 machine :)

Hey.

Hmm very interesting. Maybe they have fixed the problems :p

When i press on the "Prin Invoice" it says the following:
"We regret we can't present your invoice online. Please contact customer service at the appropriate number below for help getting a copy of it. "

I am going crazy over here. I ordered mine jan 27th with expedited shipping and I haven't gotten any kind of shipping details. I ordered an i7 and i only switched out the keyboard for the numeric pad one. I have my fingers crossed that the problem has been fixed!!!!

Did you order from the US?
 
Odor an imac with the works feb1.. where is the week of machine located on the invoice? Ship date feb 23..not happy's bout that.

I just dont have acess to the invoice. When i say i want to print it it, it says it cant.

If i click on the "Track this shipment" i can see my order numer, Additional order number, PO number, Delivery reference number, carrier tracking number. But nothing "Serial number".

Apple has stopped giving out invoices for some reason even after the order has been shipped and the accounts have charged. You need to call 18006762775 and ask them to email you your invoice for your imac!

What is the invoice really? Only my seriel number? And do i get it with the order instead now? Or?

The invoice is a summary of your order in detail. Mac specs, price, serial #, etc. I was able to print mine but if you can't, just call Apple. A copy should come with your package as well.

Well, I ordered mine right when the apple store changed delivery time from 3 weeks to 2 weeks, but my estimated ship date is still 3 weeks off.

Given the amount of recent members who had their units shipped to them ahead of schedule, I presume I will get the same treatment as well.
