Burst performance and sustained performance are different. TDP will go up in base for sustained performance or else you risk having a high turbo clock but not enough power to sustain the boost, thus dragging it back down. Outside of thermal dissipation, you're looking at maybe 50-60 watt TDP for an ARM processor meant for desktop use. Ideally you'll want all the cores to be high performance cores, not slow/fast cores.Well, I don't doubt it will be able to sustain their performance without thermal and power limit. ARM's problem is the lack of native applications, not its performance.
