I charge my Series 11 every morning anywhere between five and 7 AM, yesterday was no exception. I went on a 30 mile bicycle ride playing music through my watch into my AirPods while simultaneously using the bicycle workout app. It was otherwise just a pretty normal day. Roughly 18 hours later, my watch woke me up in the middle of the night with a battery nearly dead. This is the first time my watch has not lasted a full 24 hours or more, Hopefully it was the last time. For clarification, this is on dev beta 3.

I had this problem and after i reset the watch it could not re-pair. The issue was not actually the watch but the phone. I reset the phone restored from backup - issue was still there. In the end i flashed the IPSW file and setup from scratch - this resolved the issue.
oh dang, that's kind of discouraging to hear, but it might explain why it was able to connect to a separate phone…

It's weird how Walkie Talkie is just kind of gone, and if you had it as, say, a complication quick-launch button there's just nothing there but a placeholder

This is now 3 nights in a row. So, battery performance, for me, has tanked.

Is the new Siri on watch with beta 3 slow for anyone? Asking to play a song from Watch using Siri takes 5 to 10 seconds. Asking to open door comes back something went wrong. From phone it works properly only watch has issues.

Is anyone else having issues with Siri over LTE? When I ask Siri to play music, it says it can't connect to my device (assuming because I'm away from my iphone). Music still works over LTE, I just can't use Siri to interact with it. This has been my running go-to for years - my fault for installing a beta.

You're reported the issue right?

I have watchOS 26.6 beta 3 and iOS 27 beta 3, I paused my rings due to going out on vacation for the weekend. It seems this notification reminding me that my activity rings pausing update is new for me. Anyone else on here with the watchOS 27 beta on their Apple Watch get this too ?

Yes very slow.
Even on the Ultra 3 with B3, it's very slow. It seems nothing is getting processed on the device at the moment. Siri can't even set a basic timer; went to ask Siri to create a simple reminder when I was slightly out of range on my phone earlier, and it couldn't even do that; it refused. At the moment, new watch Siri on B3 is absolutely useless.

On the iPhone, the new Siri is amazing; Siri in this watch beta version is crap; really hope B4 fixed this.

I got Siri to create a timer the second time I asked. The first time, she just failed to do it even after I asked and she replied. Yes, Siri is still slow to respond, though not as slow as my phone's response initially. B3 has been the best of all the 27 betas on my watch. As most have stated, I do a hard restart after the phone is done. This seems to clear up a lot of things, and even my battery seems to be in better shape. On beta 2, I was charging daily on my AU3. I am almost back to 3 days on beta 2. I can easily get 2 days. I usually give it a bit of juice so I can get through the full 3rd day.
