Down a fair amount this week. Saturday is usually my long run (8 to 12 mile) day and I rode my bike this Saturday.

Wow. Impressive! Are you doing any other training then walking? How's your physique?
Time to step it up! Done a few long walks and the weather has been kind also. I see results on the bathroom scale also.

Really wanted to get this badge. Ran my fastest and farthest (furthest?) since getting back into running. Anyway, I was more excited that I probably should have been.
