Down a fair amount this week. Saturday is usually my long run (8 to 12 mile) day and I rode my bike this Saturday.

Actually had what may have been my best Steps week (still looks weak compared to BenAigen FAKE news post :D ) but yesterday my :apple:Watch became 'disconnected' from my iPhone. There was no way to get it reconnected so I had to re-pair and lost over 10K and 2 workouts.

At the moment, after I get up, shower and breakfast, I hit the hills and I'm at a minimum of a 3 hour workout:eek: (7 days a week) but this can increase up to 6 hours by Sunday:eek::eek:. I have been known to go for over 8 hours without stopping for a break. The only target I have is to beat the previous day total. Some days can be really hard work but I'm getting older now so I could slow it down a little bit if needed ;);)

Not much gym work at the present time, I get on the rowing machine often and do some circuits when I feel like it - the wife thinks I look good with a great pair of legs:D:D (that's all the matters eh!! ;))

Really wanted to get this badge. Ran my fastest and farthest (furthest?) since getting back into running. Anyway, I was more excited that I probably should have been. :D
