You may not be much of a walker but your Photoshop skills are top notch.:D:D

Down a little this week but still a good one.

:D:D Thank You :D:D

Just recently got the watch. Coming from a Fitbit. I do miss the social part of the Step comparison built into Fitbit. Glad I found this thread. Though, I have a long way to go to be anywhere near the top.

I have been increasing my steps now that the sun is coming out. Also started running outside. Did a 17 km run, longest and fastest I have ever done, on may 17 th. Did almost reach my goal of 30k steps for one single day. Was 1400 steps short and did not have any energy left for a brisk walk the last hour of the day!

Good job but keep in mind you don't have to do a "Brisk Walk" for steps to count. All you needed was a little over 1 kilometer of ANY speed of walking.

I don't have anything worthwhile to show since May 13th, the last time up until today, when I went out for a walk.

I decided to start my day early and went out for a walk at midnight. I hope to keep this up. Somehow my exercise app got paused for about 6 minutes so there is a chunk missing in the middle but the watch still counted my exercise minutes and steps.

Hope everyone has a good week walking and running.

Just a few steps behind you Julien!

This week will probably slow down to just about 100k steps. I have three days free so will at least go out for a run or two.

Down. But it was predictable. Yesterday I drove 2,5 hours to see Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias. And 2,5 hours back. So lost a lot of time walking. Free three days from work and laying in the sofa cuddling didn't help either. :p

I hadn't worn my Apple Watch while lifeguarding in the past, but now with the Series 2 I'm not worried about the water and I figured I have Apple Care so if I mess the screen up during a rescue I'll just use that. This is definitely one of the highest step counts I've had.

I will also say that it it times like these that I wish Apple would actually have a different badge when you repeat an achieved goal and not simply saying how many times I have achieved the goal.

Yeah my week was terribel. I'm ashamed to post. Barely above 100k steps..
Over a 100K is NOT terrible. In fact the average American only walks about 35,000 a week. I would say:

  • 70,000 to 100,000 is a great and worth posting
  • 100,000 to 130,000 is the gold standard
  • 142,939 is FAKE and 'proves' they strap their :apple:Watch to their dog during the day to get extra steps.:D:D:D:D
