Down a little mostly because I had a short run Saturday. At least that is the first excuse I could think of.o_O

Down a little this week. Feel a little plantar fasciitis coming on after a 7 miles run Thursday. Not going to try running again until next week. Will have to do a little more walking if I'm to make 100K this week.

I don't know that I will ever reach the step totals you all achieve but I am happy to say that I am at my lowest weight in over 2 years and have lowered by body fat % by 8.8% since getting the :apple:Watch in May. Your step totals do throw out a goal for me to attain down the road. Keep it up.:)

@prss14 - This is one time I can say I'm happy for your loss :):) - just keep up the work that you are doing and the increase will come over time - well done :):)

Fewer steps this week, but I have been trying to stay in the Zone 2 or 3 heart rate. (Supposed to help with the fat burning I guess.) It has been difficult to not run as fast as I know I am capable, but alas I am continuing to lose weight so, I won't complain too much. :)

How do you get to this page on the watch? Is this only via the weekly notification?

  • You get a weekly notification and press on it
  • You can open the Activity App and Force Press the 3 circles on Monday to get last weeks
  • Doing the above any other day will give you to date for the week
