I don't know that I will ever reach the step totals you all achieve but I am happy to say that I am at my lowest weight in over 2 years and have lowered by body fat % by 8.8% since getting the Watch in May. Your step totals do throw out a goal for me to attain down the road. Keep it up.
How do you get to this page on the watch? Is this only via the weekly notification?
