Nice job!

Today I woke up thinking that I really wanted to skip todays walk. Hung out for about an hour and then suddenly knew it was time to get out and walk. I did, for an hour. Sometimes the motivation to exercise just comes on suddenly.

Keep it going people!

I got in about 5,000 steps less then last week but I blame that on Saturday. I didn't feel like walking at all and only went out because I couldn't allow myself to break my two week record of completing the circles. I went out and just walked till I filled the exercise ring and the other two filled in later on their own.

This week, we have some extreme cold and snow coming in for the weekend. 9 degrees for the high on Saturday so I'm not sure how that will work but I will get out.

It's been a tough week to want to get out and walk. Temps have been as low as 9 degrees and right now, it's only 20F and there is snow on the ground and of course, people don't shovel their sidewalks.

I skipped Tuesday because I was lazy but I made up for it the rest of the days and beat last weeks by a few thousand steps. This week I should easily top last weeks totals.

I'm disappointed in my self this week but it's been due to the severe cold. No snow, just cold, temps in the single digits and teens. There were two days, I went out walking at midnight because it was warmer then, then it was during the day. I just can't get out and walk out there when it's 9 degrees. It's supposed to warm up to 24 today and I can handle walking in that with no problems, that's actually perfect. I still closed all the rings every day, all but the first three days of December.
