My best week ever so far. I really pushed myself Sunday. Got two 4 mile walks in. That felt incredibly rewarding. I will be doing that more often. I have a route that I discovered that gives me just over 4 miles.

I'm down a bit from last week because I skipped Monday and Tuesday. I went out walking at least 5 miles each day to make up for it so I at least hit 100K.

I also lost another pound this past week, that makes 3 since the beginning of December so my exercise/food intake is working. Maybe it could be a bit more faster coming off but I'm Ok with this. I'm not overweight in the least, just want to be a bit more trim.

Big step up in performance from me to get ahead of my February Challenge - this one will be very difficult to achieve, but I should just manage it with some extra hard work and good planning.

Managed to add a few from last week. Oddly just discovered my Apple Watch was only 'spot' recording today, missing several Stand hours and a LOT of steps, plus my 2 Workout from this morning. Did a restart and hope it is working now (so far so good). Will have to work a little to get back some of the lost data and cross 12 hours. :mad:

This is my all time best so far. I set 140K as my goal for this week and got it. Got all kinds of achievements on my watch Sunday, 200%, 300% and 400% plus All the 7s and the new move record. That was my first 400%. Obviously, I gotta break this next week!
