My best week ever so far. I really pushed myself Sunday. Got two 4 mile walks in. That felt incredibly rewarding. I will be doing that more often. I have a route that I discovered that gives me just over 4 miles.

This is my all time best so far. I set 140K as my goal for this week and got it. Got all kinds of achievements on my watch Sunday, 200%, 300% and 400% plus All the 7s and the new move record. That was my first 400%. Obviously, I gotta break this next week!
