Congratulations - great work - keep it going :)
[doublepost=1518444663][/doublepost]This is also my best recorded results so far. 7 days of 20 milers to get ahead of my monthly Challenge. I have 50 miles (3 days) in the bank, so I can ease off now a little bit. It was certainly a very tough week but pleased with the results:)

That's simply incredible. I doubt that I could ever get up that high but i can see myself easily getting up to 200,000. Today being the first day of the new week, I'm going to try to get a great start and get up to 30,000. I have half that right now.

Didn't get to run until Friday. I'm just glad I closed all my rings everyday last week.

Jackie, if you can see yourself getting 200,000 then you can reach 250,000 no problem. Anyone can achieve the big scores - no secret - it's time and commitment. I'm in the very fortunate position that I am 99% retired and also have a very understanding Lady at home.

Best of Luck and keep up the great work.

I'm a little under last weeks total because I had to hang out at home one day while a plumber did some work, wasting several hours. I did break my all time walking record yesterday trying to at least tie last weeks. I walked 30,000 steps yesterday, that's 14.4 miles. I also got my February personal challenge in which was to walk 229 miles for the month.

I'll be back in it on Monday. I didn't get a screenshot of my steps total for the week. I'm on vacation this week so I'm staying active. Last weeks total wasn't where I really want to be and I kind of slacked off a few days. This week will be better.

Down a few but did start back running Saturday (plantar fasciitis) and will run at least once this week. Hope to be back to normal in a couple of weeks. Of course this may lower my steps some since you only get about ⅔ the number of steps in running compared to walking.
