Up a hill
I made it my personal goal this week to get to 200,000 steps and I did for the first time ever. I walked 48,042 yesterday alone, that's 23.24 miles to make this happen. Finished up just before 11PM last night.

Lots of very big numbers here; you lot are properly active! It was a quiet week for me but it’s rare for me to go much over the 100K steps in a week so although I’m down I’m not that far down. April challenge amounts to an average of a bit over 950 calories a day so I really need to pick the pace up.

As a start, I think I’ll aim for 15,000 steps a day this week.

I’m down a lot this week. In the main it’s because I drove to work two days; that wiped out a lot of walking! Today will be better than last Monday though so I’m on the right track, I hope.

Up a little and close to 170K. Will probably go down since I plan to run at least 3x this week. Also had a run with a lot of elevation and got almost 250 flights climbed.
