Down a bit since I finished my September Challenge a few days early. Bring on October!
I need to average 707 calories a day.
Broke 150K and up almost 10K from last week.
Back where I should be. Although I broke a toe on Sunday, that might slow me down a bit.
915 Flights is a lot of elevation. Probably about 10K feet. What are you doing?

I work upstairs in an office building, and I refuse to take the elevator, so it's a lot of up and down stairs during the weekdays. On the weekends I hike both days every morning, so that probably finishes the rest.
How do you get to that summary? All I see are individual days.
Edit: Ah....found it on my watch. I was looking on my phone. Select activity rings and then force select on them and select "Weekly Summary"

On the Activity screen on the Watch, Force Touch the Rings and you will be given an option for Weekly Summary.
Wow. I'm slacking compared to some of you. lol. The curse of being a developer I'm afraid. I'm paid to sit on my butt for 8+ hours a day so steps are hard to come by. I'm going to have to start taking some breaks and do some pacing in the parking lot or something.
