Considering that before I got the Apple Watch in late September I was probably averaging about 3,000 steps a day, I think I'm doing pretty well.

Wow. I'm slacking compared to some of you. lol. The curse of being a developer I'm afraid. I'm paid to sit on my butt for 8+ hours a day so steps are hard to come by. I'm going to have to start taking some breaks and do some pacing in the parking lot or something.

I work a desk job too unfortunately. I wake up early to take my dogs for long 5-6 mile walks in the morning, and do 2-3 in the evenings to counter the sitting.

I like sleeping too much I think. :p I get most of my walking in right after work and get about 2.7 miles in. I'm working my way up to 4 miles a day. I keep pushing my calorie burn goal up. I've gotten a bit OCD about getting my rings closed! Apple Watch really is a brilliant fitness motivation tool.

Haha, that's exactly how I got to where I am now as well bud. I have some OCD tendencies and became obsessed with closing my rings. I'm at 581 days now in a row. The watch really changed my life, substantially for the better too.
