I need two more days of all three rings for December’s challenge. With the holidays and cold, I’m having to plan more than usual.
Snow, rain, and the holiday kept me inside a lot this week. A clear week and new year should get the steps back up!
Despite a low number on X-mass I still somehow managed an increase over last week.
Week with 2 in the family with Flu.

Closed all 3 Rings every day of 2019.
My monthly goal is to average 610 calories a day, so I’m doing ok so far.
Down a little but still a little over 140K.
Man I really need to quit being lazy compared to my past usuals.
Down a bit and will probably be down even more next week. It was 26ºF/-3C yesterday morning and couldn't run. Supposed to be cold through Friday.
