I’m still walking about an hour a night for my November challenge.
Little bit of an improvement, but I’ve been on the treadmill all week. My treadmill says AW is about 10% off.
Still dealing with a loss in the family, but walking has helped clear my head. Getting some new running shoes on Black Friday so I can start running again.

Down a little bit more but still at 140K. T-Day week will likely be down a good bit. Just hope to hit the 100K minimum.
I tapered my exercise down as I finished my November activity challenge. I’m starting a new workout regimen in December, so we’ll see what my new total will be next week.
Also cutting back and will have a nice easy December
Better than I expected and only down a little.
