Good job, but is this last week or when? If this week you are a good bit ahead, even tacking into account you are 7 hours 'in the future'.

Well then you still have a day to go and should have a very good weekly total. Just checked mine and I'm feeling fairly confident I should cross 100K again this week.Sorry I did it quickly before bed!
Am in the UK here. Got a few hours left tonight to go (I work overnight) and then tomorrow as well.

Almost ½ of my miles are from running and some indoor cardio. Also keep in mind that calories are relative to each person. For instance all other things being mostly equal on a 7.5 mile (12k) run done in 1 hour for a male would burn about:I'm more envious of your average daily calorie burn!
As of 11:20 BST 136,659 steps and 75.04 miles walked :-S

125 lb (57 kg) - 700 kcal
150 lb (68 kg) - 850 kcal
175 lb (80 kg) - 990 kcal
200 lb (91 kg) - 1130 kcal
225 lb (102 kg) - 1275 kcal
Good job and averaging over 11 miles a day will have tremendous health improvement benefits. However the key to success is consistency. Remember fitness and improved health is a lifelong journey and not a destination.View attachment 644980
Thanks for that. Must admit cardio isn't something I do!...
Most calories I've burned in week since owning my Watch; and also ended up doing 181 minutes of exercise one day too!

In the end I got this for the week

Also another negative I have (besides lower weight for less kcal burn) is running nets over 30% fewer steps than walking and using cardio machines will result in even fewer steps per expenditure (and very low milage). Of course it is hard to get any sympathy from bikers or swimmers.
I had a rather lazy day yesterday (you can see my daily kcal average dropped over 7%) but still topped 100K steps, but with a less than 10% cushion.
....if I don't walk enough/burn enough/exercise enough every day I feel like I'm letting myself down...
Finally crossed that 100K mark.
Good job and it looks like you beat me. I had a weak week and just barely made the cut.
I'm POed at you and about to head out the door for a 7 miler.Could it be true? Lol....

Fantastic job!!! Was it all walking or is there some running in there? My back of the envelope calculations indicate there was some running or if all walking you should have had closer to 145,000 steps for your milage log (unless you are taller and have a long stride).Had a great week last week; think this week will be a little lower.
