Down a little but still a 10% cushion.

Sorry I did it quickly before bed!

Am in the UK here. Got a few hours left tonight to go (I work overnight) and then tomorrow as well.
Well then you still have a day to go and should have a very good weekly total. Just checked mine and I'm feeling fairly confident I should cross 100K again this week.

I'm more envious of your average daily calorie burn!

As of 11:20 BST 136,659 steps and 75.04 miles walked :-S
Almost ½ of my miles are from running and some indoor cardio. Also keep in mind that calories are relative to each person. For instance all other things being mostly equal on a 7.5 mile (12k) run done in 1 hour for a male would burn about:

125 lb (57 kg) - 700 kcal
150 lb (68 kg) - 850 kcal
175 lb (80 kg) - 990 kcal
200 lb (91 kg) - 1130 kcal
225 lb (102 kg) - 1275 kcal

Thanks for that. Must admit cardio isn't something I do!

In the end I got this for the week:image.pngimage.png

Most calories I've burned in week since owning my Watch; and also ended up doing 181 minutes of exercise one day too!

Good job and averaging over 11 miles a day will have tremendous health improvement benefits. However the key to success is consistency. Remember fitness and improved health is a lifelong journey and not a destination.

Also another negative I have (besides lower weight for less kcal burn) is running nets over 30% fewer steps than walking and using cardio machines will result in even fewer steps per expenditure (and very low milage). Of course it is hard to get any sympathy from bikers or swimmers. :D

I had a rather lazy day yesterday (you can see my daily kcal average dropped over 7%) but still topped 100K steps, but with a less than 10% cushion.

Wow, well done!

I like that line!

LOL definitely no sympathy here! Jokes..

Thanks-appreciate it.

I don't know how everyone else feels but if I don't walk enough/burn enough/exercise enough every day I feel like I'm letting myself down (despite being 5ft11'', 11 stone and a 28" waist!)

Good job and it looks like you beat me. I had a weak week and just barely made the cut.:D

IMG_1239_zpswaygra2u.jpg

Could it be true? Lol

I actually had a decent week and very active weekend. I think I had 60000 steps going into saturday.

Just made it but concerned that my streak my come to an end this week. Trying to stave off planter fasciitis and not going to run. This week preliminary plan is 2 days bike rides (very little steps) and 4 days cardio machines. Maybe close to or a little under what running credits which is about ⅓ less than actually walking. So plenty of pre-excuses for next week. :D

Had a great week last week; think this week will be a little lower.
Fantastic job!!! Was it all walking or is there some running in there? My back of the envelope calculations indicate there was some running or if all walking you should have had closer to 145,000 steps for your milage log (unless you are taller and have a long stride).

Also as another little OCD thing is with just a little over 5000 more steps you could have a double magic 7 days with an average of 20,000 steps a day.

Just made it and all with a new (4 years or so) record of 0 miles ran. Also to prove I didn't 'cheat' by 'cramming' on the last day here is a pic of Sunday's steps. :D

Going to hold off running for at least this week but I may not have planter fasciitis after all and may have just brushed my heel. I am actually a 'suffering' 'hyperchondria' if there were such a word or anti-hypochondria and probably WAY overestimation but.....
