^Nice work.

Mine is pretty bad, LOL. Rested a lot this week, and lost 2+ days of activity while my phone was getting the screen repaired. What a pain that was. Had to restore it to iOS 9, then bring it the next day, then the timing worked well that I was able to restore it to the iOS 10 GM. I know why they're sensitive around health data, but I wish Activity/Workout data could just sync to iCloud.

I ran 18 miles last week at an 8:50 pace and worked out 6 out of 7 days... I don't understand why my totals are always so low but here you go.

Good job but your problem is obvios. Over ½ of your milage was from running (and you only get about ¾ step credits per milage running). You only had about 17 miles walking (about 34,000 steps) and that is only about 2½ miles a day. You need to get your walking average up to about 5 miles a day (70, 000 a week) in addition to the running and you will be there.;)

Didn't have the best of weeks last week (burned around 3,600 calories) and did overeat chocolate a couple of days so am making sure I work harder this week!

Have to say this is a great thread; it's interesting to see how other people are getting on.

Ah,Yes. The curse of having moved to the suburbs and spending hours a day driving children to activities. Ugh it's awful.

Great start to last week and went downhill each day. However still managed a respectable >108K to keep the streak alive.

Great job iGeek2014 and I managed a slight increase to give me an over 10% pad. I thought getting >100K was going to be all but impossible without running (haven't ran in a little over a month now) but so far I have made it ever week.

Where are the all the newbies?

Don't know where the newbies are but hopefully they'll come along soon?

I'm a bit out of practice at the moment but I've treated myself to a Tangram Skipping Rope from the Apple Store; hopefully once I get into the 'swing' of things (sorry!!) it'll help me burn a few more calories daily.
