Just found this thread and I'll join in once the week is over.

Only had my Apple watch for 6 weeks but I'm a fond fitness & sports tracker and have had and used the Nike Fuel Band and Fitbit Charge HR in the past and I'm a daily Strava user.

Not too late and you have until midnight. Just open the Activity app on your :apple:Watch and force touch on the main screen (Rings) and it will bring up the weeks totals.

Will do, not had a good last week though as I was on the beach mostly in Portugal.

So here's last weeks summary, not bad for laying by the pool and on the beach all week.

Back to work this week so results will be much better next time.

I really should hate you for seeing how impressive (or obsessed) you are, but you are a motivation. After I returned from India, I have started a new streak of working out trying to get my numbers up again.
 
My week attached. I know I will still be shamed by you guys lol!
Not shamed but I do know I will have a little more and will break 100k. You are from/in the future so I'm still on Sunday. Since you live in the future could you tell me the lotto numbers?:D
 
Was waiting to see if we had anymore steppers. So here is mine and i actually increased over last week. Of course it was only a measly 115 steps. But I'll take any move forward as a positive.:D

Nice little bump this week. I'm such an obsessor/cheater :eek: I wish I could cut it down to 104K and carry 20K over to this week.:D

Also after 10 weeks off from running while nursing plantar fasciitis I'm threatening to carry my ready for action new kicks and do a looooong and harrrrd mile :D on the dreaded treadmill and see what happens.o_O

Another good week and even managed a total of 6 miles treadmill running (1 Mon, 2x1 Thu and 2x1.5 Sat) without too much pain. Going for 4 today.

Looks like I bet last weeks only challenger (me:(). Hope I can quadrupleplexpeat this week but will be a challenge with the big turkey in the sky pushing me down.

On a side note did my fist outdoor run last Thursday and while slow and hard (treadmill and cardio machines just don't fully prepare for outside run) I did do 5.5 miles and no plantar fasciitis pain. Going to try anther outdoor this morning.
