Jesse Colin Young – Song For Juli​

I pulled this album out after hearing Jesse Colin Young passed away March 16th. It has been through a lot going back to my college days, multiple moves, a flood due to a broken water heater, and cats that liked to use the records stored in an old produce box as a scratching post.

I’ve always loved this album. It was a favorite one to spin on Sunday mornings while having coffee. The recognizable songs tend to be Morning Sun, Song for Julia, Ridgetop and Miss Hesitation but I enjoy them all.

Rest in peace Mr. Young. Thanks for brightening up so many early mornings.

One of my all time favorite groups. Was a sad day when Michael's death hit the news. I am the same age he would be.😔 I literally hate Bob Geldof. Wouldn’t be sad if he fell down a flight of stairs. Michael might very well still be alive if it weren't for Geldof's blasted selfishness.😤

This will be a day of listening to INXS for me.

I never saw INXS perform live during the 80's or cared to,
but run their music a lot as this CD was weird to listen to at first, but gets better by the decade.
this album proved they are all musicians some how.....
