Some "avant-garde," for lack of a better word:

By the way—here's my experimental music playlist - very much a work in progress, but I'm working on it slowly.

OK Go does it yet again; 31 robots, a lot more mirrors, and again it appears they did it all in one take with one camera. This is just stunning:

This is really cool stuff! These guys are definitely devoted to the presentation and it shows. I really like this. Thanks for turning me on to it.

Found this recently released playlist of their work. Just wow!

I hear yeah on that one! My music is all over the place, but these bands are always a push away!!!
Besides classic rock being my default, my music tastes are pretty eclectic also. Music is by far, my very favorite form of entertainment. There is no close second. My home stereo, iPhone, Airpods Pros 2, and Beats Studio Pros get a good daily workout.

I am right there with you. I have music going from when I am driving, working, playing, doing house work, and pretty much anything else in between. I have been collecting and listening to music since I was a wee young lad and I have never not liked music.

For me, it is my Plex server that gets the most plays. I do use youtube a lot and that is where I get a lot of my new recommendations for music. Radio for me is non-starter since there are way to many commercials.

I have speakers throughout the entire house including the garage and back porch area... I honestly don't know where I would be without my music.

Jimmy Smith has a lesser-known album called "Six Views of the Blues" with Cecil Payne, Kenny Burrell, and Art Blakey (Donald Bailey plays on two tracks in place of Blakey iirc). Anyway, that's shaped up to be one of my favorites of his.

Have it, love it. First Jimmy Smith I heard was from a BMG disc I got in the early 90's:
Been collecting/borrowing/ripping whenever I could ever since:

^^^ Got to see the Elektric Band in Santa Fe during their heyday, got a seat in the second row right in front of Chick. Dayam! Also have all of Weckl's albums, normally I don't buy disks where the drummer is the leader but he plays with restraint, not many drum solos at all.
