i found it annoying and disabled it.
it really is a gimmickery apple comes up with when they can't really find anything new anymore.
Possibly because it's not all that doable with one hand normally, while the back tap provides that ability.
It's like widgets. When I installed the first iOS 14 beta, I pretty much used every widget in at least one size, and litttered my homescreens with them. Then, as boredom set in and sanity returned (plus the stupid things never updated properly) I pared it right down.I'll say again that I'm surprised at how many have one of the options set to screenshot. Not only is screenshot not normally possible with one hand, it demands precise timing and actually remembering which Vol button to press.

Triple: Noise Cancellation
Double tap - Open Halide Camera (works for third party)Would love a back tap to open the camera. Don’t see any uses for any the options provided.

Triple - contact my partner (opens a menu to choose video, audio, text)
