Homer's Iliad and Desperation by Stephen King. The former is for when I'm home alone and am able to focus 100% and Desperation is bedside to wind down before sleep.
It’s actually the same story in a parallel universe. He wrote it under his pseudonym before people knew it was him. I was just reading about that one (and the rest of them) while I was donating plasma today. Here you go!I really enjoyed Desperation. Apart from King’s content (which I love) he has the best titles to his books, Misery, Salem’s Lot, Firestarter, Sleeping beauties, Duma Key, Dreamcatcher, Bag of Bones, The Regulators (isn’t this the sequel to Desperation?) Rose Madder…Can’t think of any more but some great titles…
