I have been switching between the symmetry and the playproof. Can't decide between the two.
I love both of them. The slimmer silhouette of the PlayProof is appealing, but I do prefer the grip on the Symmetry...

Aren't the buttons on the symmetry hard to press?
They are harder than on some cases, but not irritatingly hard at all. Just slightly harder. They don't bug me at all, and I use my Symmetry case a lot.

I agree, I like the fit of the play proof better. It is much tighter to the phone. However, they are both interchangeable for me.

I will say, I lean play proof mostly, as it also doesn't have huge branding :)

I like to get waterproof cases or with a built-in screen protector, but none are stylish like I would like them to be. I found this one that I kinda like, I'll do for now.

Originally I ordered the SUPCASE Ares Bumper Case with Built-in Screen Protector

...but what I received was this! they sent me the wrong one.

Apparently the new Speck Presidio Show is also optimized for the JB color. Again, it's backwards compatible with the 6 meaning there's a headphone port cutout. Deal breaker for some.
I just reviewed on my matte black 7 Plus and I thought it looked very good. As Danny said, it is optimized for the jet black iPhone, so it will probably look even better on that color.

Yes!!! My original post was made after I saw your video. You have a great YouTube channel and one of the best case reviewers.

Can someone with a JB iPhone 7/7+ confirm that it works with this colour? Had the original and had the "water mark" problem, replaced with another case. Saw a 9to5mac video where he confirmed version 2 works fine, but I want to be sure.

Vid link:

I just got this for my jet black 7+. I can confirm there is no water mark effect on the phone. Case feels good in the hand and I def feel confident the phone will be protected if dropped.

Tried best as I can. Here's the Ultra Hybrid 2 on a MB 7+. It has a very high lip even with the screen protector on. The back camera is also well protected. The buttons are really nice and click. Actually I wanna say as clicky as the Apple Leather cases. One thing is that there's two small holes on the bottom corners. I have no clue why they did that. Four small nubs are also on the back corners too.

If anyone is able to get a clear case on without any dust creeping in between the phone and case please let me know. I tried wiping it down, compressed air. No luck

I know this is a 7 or 7+ post, but I gave up on Rhinoshield's SolidSuit for my 6S. Took WAY too long to deliver.
Instead I opted for their Playproof & I must say, it is a GREAT case. Looks nice & clean, very minimal, & supposedly provides great drop protection. The only negative I found was that there's not much grip to it. It's def going on my next iPhone this fall

I bought a clear Anker one as soon as my 7 shipped as a stopgap but I'm yet to find one to rival the official Apple leather case. Not convinced how durable the leather will be over time but it looks and feels so good now I'll probably buy another when it eventually does wear out anyway. Only downside is the price.
im my experience not long. I've had my 7 plus since the end of Oct. and its already falling apart. the color is faded and dark around the edges and its scuffed. Now I know this is normal for leather and I'm not exactly the gentlest with my devices. IMG_1978.JPGIMG_4626.JPG

No kidding ;) That's a pretty rough ding in that second pic. Luckily, the beauty - literally- of leather accessories is that wear and tear looks appropriate instead of pathetic.

Got the Tozo in the mail. It is a very weird off grey color that has a slight brown tinge to it.

Needless to say, I'm sticking with the Spigen until I can try the Apple leather case.

Man. That looks slick. Might have to pick that up. I like my Slim Armor but the Ultra Hybrid was what I had my eye on initially. Looks like they addressed everything I didn't like about the case before.

How's the grip? I thought the original black one was a bit slick.
