I am wanting a light duty and protective as well. And I would prefer pure color like black. As for materials, I once saw somewhere selling aramid fiber phone cases but forgot under what brand. I believe Mr Blaine would be the go to case pro for any suggestions.

That is gorgeous. And so tempting. But even with the $5 coupon, it's still $45.
This looks pretty awesome and quite unbelievable as well if you see the video where they're shooting at it. Does anyone have any real life experience with this case? I'd be willing to jump on it for 45 bucks if it's really that good.

Just received the http://www.caselogy.com case.
2 out of 3 quality is so so only. Now it is discount 50% and not $ 0.01 with charging of product cost. For now 50% discount is not really worth to buy except that black one.
Among 3, only the center that black color one is well build.
All case no branded print, this part do look nice.
1st blue one - build is ok but not perfect and bad cutting part on flash light.
3rd transparent one - very bad cutting at camera part, it is those cheap low quality no brand case.

My favorite case for the iPhone 7/7 Plus is the Lifeproof Fre. You get the LifeProof protection you know and trust, but the slim case doesn't make your iPhone 7 feel like a brick. Although the new iPhone 7 is water-resistant, that does not equal waterproof especially when my kids are involved. The drop and water protection gives me peace of mind that my device is protected...I couldn't live without it. I ended up with the Apple brown leather case and Spigen slim armour for those times I need little more protection for my 7+ MB.
But knowing myself I'll end up using mine w/o a case at all.
Edit: Ended up on YT and found myself watching drop tests with Rhinoshield cases..So ended up ordering the Playproof case.

I actually did a video review of the Pitaka case. Pretty decent case but I don't think for that price range.

I got the Otterbox Symmetry (black) for my 7 Plus. Great case.
Bought another case..... really liking this one. I also have a plastic protector over the apple logo and around that so the jet black finish doesn't get scratched. The Air bubble makes it look kinda cool.
$10 on eBay.
That spot on the corner of my screen protector is just a glare if anyone was wondering.
Edit: case has a nice feel on the back so you can grip onto it easily.

That's what I use as my daily too and I love it. Does everything I need for a case to do.
Another vote for the Symmetry! Love that case!
Everyone seems to love the symmetry. I have one coming in the mail tomorrow. Gonna give it a shot.
Yea. I personally don't like th feel for the Presidio Grip and also th rubber grips started to wear off over time.
The RhinoShield is too slippery for me personally and also shows scratches on the back of the case over time.
I love the Symmetry due to the super tight fit and also the textured back that doesn't show any wear and tear over time.
thats fair....out of the 3 I have the summitry rated the lowest. I hate the big logo and the bottom lip is not firm enough for me. I just can't decide between the other 2
