Other What color iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max will you get?

While the Black is tempting, I really believe a Jet Black ala iPhone 7 or a finish like the Galaxy S21 Ultra would be much better.

If the images/videos are accurate. The sides are black with a darker back glass. If true, A pure black DBrand skin to make it ultimate black.
I'm torn - my pacific blue 12 pro is awesome - I'd go either silver/white or purple....but I can't decide and I'm going to order mine online. Anyone wanna sway my opinion?

Purple. But I’m moving from iPhone 13 Pro Max down to the Pro size. Only had 128GB on the 13. Going to upgrade to 256GB for the 14. Want to try out the 4k pro res this time around. I think it’ll be easier to reach the new fantasy island at the top, also. LOL
I am agonising about the colour choice more this year than I ever have. It's between silver (switching it up, matching up with my silver MBP and Studio Display this year) and space black ... but I can't fully decide for sure and not got long to go now!
Torn between the purple and silver. Based on articles and videos, the back of the silver is actually pure white now.
Does it really matter ? Most will be adding a case, changing its appearance. Resale should be the only concern in reference to color.
Guys, I finally decided! I was torn between silver and purple. I had graphite last year, so I knew I didn't want black, and gold is just too blingy for me.
After watching MKBHD's video, I decided to get the silver. In his video, you can see the actual shade of the purple. In Justine's, it looked almost grey, and that's why I was tempted.

The past few years the back of the silver has been an ever so slightly off white.
I’m going with silver this year, last year I picked gold and got tired of it really quickly (it wasn’t terrible or anything and I put it in a case but I just tired of the color faster than I have with other colors). Since I’ve had the silver and black/gray options in the past and usually preferred silver out of those two I figured that’s what I’d go with this year. Its not super important because I will keep the phone in a case, but still if I use a clear case, color case or printed case I know I’ll like silver in it!
Space Black just looks like a slightly darker graphite. If it was actually black like the jet black 7, I'd definitely go for it. But my 12 and 13 were graphite, so it's time to switch it up and go Silver.
Now to decide if I want to jump back to the Pro Max after a couple years of the regular Pro. Didn't mind the 11 Pro Max but the new form factor and weight since then has made it even more of a brick.

Does anyone let their watch color dictate what color phone they get? I have a silver stainless steel watch, so I guess that would mean the closest match would be silver in the iPhone 14, BUT, I had Sierra Blue the past year and the much darker Space Black looks very very nice too. hmmmmm this is really tough you guys!!!

One more thought, if anyone uses their phone in a mount in the car, and happens to live where it's been crazy hot, I'm thinking the silver COULD potentially not overheat as quickly since it can reflect more light instead of absorbing it. Also, a long time ago when I had space grey in a previous iPhone, I noticed after a year of use the grey faded into a lighter color...so for now I think I'm casting a vote for silver.
That being said, lol...I'm also a sucker for new colors and the black seems to be the second-most "new" color. Silver's more of a subtle (but welcome) shift in tone.

I couldn’t decide, so I ordered black and purple. Returning the loser.
