Other What color iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max will you get?

I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the colors. They all have their own appeal in different ways.
Seems odd that my decision to buy the phone is easy, but I may struggle with choosing the color of the phone and type of case!

I was deciding between purple and black, but have settled on black. It appears slightly darker than grey. So I hope it’s dark enough. The purple seems a bit grey in some lighting and too purple in bright lighting. I also tend to put my phone in a case, so I really won’t get to enjoy the color anyway.
someone told me that the color refers to the band not the back. Hence, the gold/tan, silver/white, black/charcpal, deep purple/ slate purple
I am waiting for the same thing, I haven’t seen one live picture of the silver
I don’t think it will. The same process is used for Al the frames. So why would it scratch more easily?
Clear case pfft… I like showing off the lint, dust, hair etc stuck between my phone and case..😜🤷♂️😂 no case for me.. my 12 pro is in absolute perfect condition with no case or screen protector.. any phone I put a case in the past(not since iPhone 7) has looked like trash when I took it out of the case.. I won’t even set my 12 pro on a hard surface without something soft under it 😂😂
Deep Purple is really nice and still torn but haven’t had a black iPhone in ages and that space black looks better than past few space greys. Leaning towards that

Well considering purple is my favorite color that would be my obvious choice, although I think I would get tired of it on a phone. As much as I like the purple I’m going with space black. I’ve had graphite and space gray the last few phones and have been happy with them. I will and always have used a clear case. Going with the Apple clear case again as it’s been great for me on my 12 pro for 2 years.

That is the lighting. There is reflection on both phones Black is just more reflective.
is it just me too, or does the Deep Purple, when it isnt showing that 'Purple shine,' looks more like space grey muted than space black? Though it definitely leans towards a dark color in not as bright lighting it seems. Just a muted dark, not saturation cranked up.

I’ve always used a clear case and never had problems with lint or for godsake hair!? You should clean your phone before putting the case on and maybe not brush your hair while putting it on.🙀 Everyone of my iPhones that I’ve used a clear case on looked pristine when I took the case off. Every person I know that doesn’t use a case on their phones tend to have scratches fine or large after a year or 2. Just my personal experience from the beginning of iPhones.
doesn’t dirt and lint, etc. accumulate on the lip though and get stuck sorta between there and the side ?

Its always been what apple call it silver is actually white in person.
I have occasionally over the years seen a speck of dust or 2 around the lip of the clear case but I keep my phones clean for the most part. I’ve had my Apple clear case on my 12 pro for 2 years and only taken the case off twice to replace screen protectors. There has been no dirt or lint under my case.
What does gender have to do with it?
I’m going with the Pro Max in Space Black. I’ve been using the 12PM in white/silver and although I often have it in a case, when it’s naked, it’s just too blah. The black will also match up well with my Garmin Epix 2 watch, especially after I add an orange case which will coordinate with the orange straps on my watch. Did I mention I do like orange and black?
