It's not 720p and 99% of people don't care.


I would choose black or red if I were to get this. I think it's bigger than I'd like to carry around but I'm considering since I've been having eye problems lately and might want a bigger screen soon. Apple's LCDs are beautiful so I'm certainly not worried about the resolution. I think my 6s looks fantastic.

The yellow looks good but I know the novelty would wear off.....would probably get the red!
 
I wanted the red or blue Xr, let’s face it they look beautiful, but I’m impatient and got a black Xs instead (also beautiful).

Have silver X, had white 5C with blue case. I like the idea someone mentioned of waiting to see the case selection (although using my X naked just feels so much better, it’s hard to say if I will keep it like this/use the XR like that too). Anyone coming from an 8/8+ that used it naked?

My top three are yellow/red/black this go around. Black is sleek but also kind of ordinary, red is dramatic and striking but I’m expecting to see a lot of red. Yellow on the other hand if paired with a black case that accent should it could be slick too. I’m being quite indecisive, and wish I could play with them before I decide! Maybe I’ll list my X for sale after I can see them at the Apple store...

If you use the official cases (assuming Apple is going to release them and they have similar design of iphone xs cases) some parts are visible. For example, imagine pink case with bright red bottom edge... not good
 
Hoping I can order one....it will be blue. I do like the white as well. But the blue calls to me. I always liked the 5c colors. The blue especially. I’d buy a nice lime green one. Or bright orange. I like the real loud colors. Match my car!
 
Whilst I desperately want a new iPhone 5 sized device, I'm tempted by the red one. I think the novelty of the colour will wear off quickly though.

I’m keeping my XS, but if I were to get an Xr, I’d go with red. It’d be fun to have a colorful phone! I don’t use cases, so my iPhone stays the same color, which is usually fine, but I’d LOVE to be able to go wild while getting a flagship.

I use clear cases specifically so I can still see the phone itself and appreciate its design. And if I ever decide that I no longer like the color phone I chose, there are plenty of case options that completely cover the back and sides should I decide to do so.

Red is my choice this round. I’ve always gone with black or space gray, and I think it’s time to break out of that shell.
