I am still in love with Dishonored 1 and 2.
playing both on pc as it is a lot faster then the xbox in loading times.

I played the second and it is an amazing stealth game. I think both of them are originally released for Xbox one that came with HDD which is probably why loading times are significantly faster

All of the Yakuza games. I started with Like a Dragon last year and recently Finished Judgment. Now I'm playing Yakuza 0 and I will then play the rest in the series. Never played the games prior to last year. I have many hours of Yakuza ahead of me. LOL! I'll do Lost Judgment, Infinite Wealth and Yakuza Pirate last after I finish the main Yakuza series. They are so good!

I never played Yakuza and bought Jugement 2 years ago but never touched it yet. How did you like Judgment so far ?

Just started a Skyrim playthrough. Recently finished two different Oblivion playthroughs. And Morrowind before that (this has been over the course of a couple of years or so). I have absolutely been having a ball. Such great games to decompress.

I have two questions for you: How long did it take you to adjust to the turn based combat of Like a Dragon?

And second, how are you liking Yakuza 0? My only Yakuza game ever was Yakuza 0 and I only made it to the end of the first chapter. I think it was the first chapter. I really need to give it an honest go again. I just remember getting exhausted having to quickly read the English subtitles during the cutscenes. :p

I really need to play both. I’ve wanted to for a long time, I just haven’t taken the time to start. It’s so difficult for me to bring myself to start new games, I just always end up replaying ones I already know. :p

Replayed both on Steam Deck last year, still such amazing games ... love them both!

Currently still on my replay of Pillars of Eternity - had hoped to get both played before Avowed launches, but no way that is happening at this point. Really enjoying a leisurely playthrough - and the Deck is perfect for these games as well.

I'm trying to get back into GrayZone Warfare. They added night ops and have improved on some of the complaints about the AI.

lol! It did take a bit of time to adjust to realtime combat but I am enjoying it. I think I should of started with Yakuza 0 due to its earlier dated game mechanics. I did really the english voice actors in the other games but there is none for the standard Yakuza series. Its not a deal breaker but you have to pay close attention to read the subtitles.

What I am enjoying about the series is running around in Komorocho during the different time periods of the series. It feels familiar and yet different. Its also cool to see how the city has changed over time.

I'm hoping I don't burn out by playing all the games in a row. I did the same thing with the Assassin Creed series and I had to take a small break during AC3.

I'm not doing all of the side activities in the Yakuza series as from what I read it would take between 1100-1400 hours to finish every game at 100% completion. LOL!

I am enjoying the story of Yakuza 0 and the seeing how Kiryu started out. All of the games are just silly and over the top funny at times.

It is quiet in here recently. What’s everybody been doing lately ?
I've been busy with other games. Got an 18 month year old son and wife's due any moment now for a baby girl.

Nevertheless I'm trying to get some game time later in the evening and working on some games that have been in my backlog for ages. Finished Batman: Return to Arkham - Asylum and Arkham City, South Park: The Stick of Truth (man I laughed so hard with that game) and am currently playing Fallout 4.

And as a flex to @MisterSavage;

Well I made the mistake of buying a game, rather than waiting for it to arrive on GamePass - RoboCop Rogue City.

What a POS*. Even at 60% off, it's overpriced. Graphics and model complexity looks like a last-gen title, there's very weak magnetic lock-on for ADS sighting, and when it does lock, there's no tracking so you left trigger to aim, and you target moves a fraction, and you shoot where they were standing previously.

They had Peter Weller return to do the voice, which is an odd choice, because they then went and used a completely different vocal tone on him, so it may as well have not been Peter Weller doing the voice.

Once again, GamePass' value is as insurance against paying money for bad games.

You've probably seen half the voice talent as extras in Star Trek, or Babylon 5 episodes, by the sound of them.

*And I consider RoboCop one of my favourite films.

I've been consistently playing Helldivers 2 since release. The gameplay loop is just so well done.

I also consistently go back to Hogwarts Legacy. Been playing around with mods to add some immersion. I love the stories and world building, so it's fun just being a wizard student around Hogwarts.

Throw in some Cities Skylines 2, Company of Heroes 3, Dune Spice Wars, and Ultimate General(Civil War or American Revolution) on the side.

Interestingly enough...I stopped playing STALKER 2 and found myself playing Mirror's Edge 2 again...

I gave up on Stalker 2 really early, in that there was too much complexity. Too much game - first person shooter, AND the environment is hazardous, AND it's a character development RPG, AND there's a hunger / thirst survival mechanic AND etc...

Still mostly playing Generation Zero, because it neatly focusses on "weird things, in a banal landscape". It's like the scifi rule, you only get one toothfairy.

I agree. It’s not that the aspects are super deep in my opinion, it’s just too busy but I don’t really feel the purpose for it being that busy. It was fun for about an hour or two then just felt like an errand boy game. Got tired of it and looked at some of my old games. I already played mirrors edge 1 and beat it years ago, never got to play ME2 much so popped that in. Felt refreshing to play an older game, I must say

Did you not play the original(s)? All the same stuff really ... I haven't played the sequel yet (and won't until it is Steam Deck supported) so I'm assuming the feature set is truly parallel.
