Still working through The Old Hunters. According to the achievement stats, only 2% have got this far so that makes me feel pretty good; I thought I was fairly mediocre at this game!
I choose the Nightmare Frontier. Holy hell, this one starts off easy but gets really hard really fast! I had an interesting suicide run through the swamps. Actually made it pretty far till some giant eye came out of nowhere and one-hit-killed me!
I generally do not enjoy fighting hunters in Bloodborne. Not sure if I want to spend money on an expansion that gives me more hunters to fight.
Seriously though, in order to even access the expansion, I would have to start my game over, or start NG+ after beating the main game. It will be quite a while yet before I finish this monster, and when I do, I'm not sure if I want to start it all over again right away. So I am holding off for now, I'm sure it will be much cheaper by the time I am actually ready to play it.

Why? As far as I can tell, the expansion content is available at any time so long as you've defeated the vicar.
Oh? I thought it would have to also be before beating the ridiculous spider, before the blood moon rises.
I don't believe that that's correct; I've watched a couple of "Let's Play"s and one of them was right at the end of the game.
Speaking of watching playthroughs, apparently I'm better at the game than I thought because some people are taking dozens of attempts at bosses
(I'm using player summons, but so are others). I honestly thought that I was pretty bad at it so that's really surprising!

I am trying to bring myself to start Bloodborne which has been sitting in its GameFly package for about a couple weeks. Not my kind of game but I keep hearing how awesome it is so I owe myself at least a dive into it.

Got uncharted collection, cod iii, tearaway & transformers today from the Amazon Black Friday sale. Now to find time to install them let alone play them
So how much content does The Old Hunters really have? How many new areas and bosses? Is it structured like the main game, fight your way through a new area till you find a short cut, then fight the boss? Is there a strong focus on fighting other hunters?
I've dabbled with ZombiU, Splatoon, and Smash Bros. on my new Wii U. Splatoon is a lot of fun! I'm horrible at Smash Bros., though. I'm not a big fan of fighting games. I'm going to focus on ZombiU for now - I haven't even finished the tutorial yet.

It appears to have four new areas (assuming that I've found them all!) and has shortcuts etc like the main game does. You certainly run into a lot of (computer-controlled) hunters, but many of them can be avoided or mitigated with a bit of thought and planning.
I'm playing Rise of the Tomb Raider and Halo 5 in between my Fallout 4 session and I'm really digging Tomb Raider. I haven't played much of it but what I did felt really good. Halo 5 campaign is pushing along so far but nothing special in my books. I'm hoping the multiplayer keeps me playing.

Xenoblade Chronicles X is my current game. Absolutely amazing gem, and can easily stand with games on the Xbox One and the Playstation 4
Bought it but haven't played any yet... The 60-100 hours is quite daunting when your backlog is already massive

Next up is the boss in Yahar Guul, whom I haven't met yet. Nothing else left to do right now, finished all the optional stuff.
