I thought I was the only one on here still playing.
I was really into it but stopped just after the Spring DLC was added. Now there's Bespin too and I haven't played much. Still love it, I'm just not playing many TV games at the moment and need to blast through my backlog when I get the chance! Blast and Walker Assault here.

I picked up Wolfenstein: The old blood again. I wanted something a bit faster pace then my current game No Man's Sky and it's fun to have a nice FPS.

I'm still trudging through Dark Souls II. About 55 or 60 hours playtime. This game seems to go on forever. Although, I did get my ass handed to me a lot during the early areas until I finally found some decent weapons and armor. I just got to Dragon Aerie last night so I think I should be nearing the end. In comparison Demon's Souls took me 75 hours to Platinum on PS3 and maybe a little less time to Platinum Dark Souls. I probably won't continue on with NG+ and I'm still not sure if I'll even bother with the DLC areas. Dark Souls II just hasn't hooked me in the same way Dark Souls did. I ended up putting 150 hours into Dark Souls back then doing different character builds, co-op, and some pvp.

I've got a sneaking suspicion that the "Alola" versions of Pokemon are brought over from the Gen 1 Virtual Console games. Nintendo said that those titles will transfer to that game, but never to Gen 6. Plus only Gen 1 Pokemon have Alola versions, and they recently said to get them you need to bring them in from earlier games. So given all that I imagine they must mean the VC titles, or Pokemon Go.

Sooo... because of that I'm playing Pokemon Yellow on my 3DS :D

DarkSiders 2
...so far it is excellent. DarkSiders part 1 was one of the best games i have ever played so i had to buy this one. Im a old school gamer so i know what im talking about, this game is underrated. It has good story line, graphics and game play is its best thing. it has portals, puzzles, makes you think, fighting and good bosses. its pretty much a complete game. and part 1 has one of the most diff. bosses i have come across which was a big bat, forgot the name of the boss thou. I tend to play one game at a time and when ever i can so i will be with this game for awhile, in between sometimes i do play FIFA but that doesnt count cause sport games you can play forever and never get tired of them. I sold my last TV to my Dad so i havent been gaming for like months but now im back at gaming cuase i bought a new TV :)

I much preferred Darksiders 1 although I did enjoy Darksiders 2 quite a lot. I don't think the RPG elements were really necessary.

I finished up my first play through of Dark Souls 2 yesterday. 62 hours, 279 deaths (lol).

The Witcher 3:The Wild Hunt for the PS4. Have not played it through yet, but the reviews are astronomical.

Just finished Code Veronica X on PS3 nearly 15 years since I've last touched it on Dreamcast. Not the best RE game, too dark visually.

Overwatch on XBox One as it was a free weekend. I work weekends so I hope I can at least play today.

Having problems on it with my slow DSL line. I have no problems playing any other multiplayer game on any console or PC.

This game seems to have me start in an arena, then moments later - quits and starts loading another one...

I can't choose which arena to play - they seem random. I love Sci-Fi environments so I don't really want to waste my time playing in an old city here on earth (like Route 66 or Tokyo)...

Seems over-rated for something (when I do manage to play for a few minutes) that just amounts to a Team Fortress game...

Would buy used for $15...

Started fooling around a bit in Fallout4 again...but the talking aspect just gets on my nerves..all I wanna play is an open world shooter! :D

For that reason (and because it was on sale): anybody tried Homeworld:Revolution? I see horrible ratings but it gets mentioned as well that after the latest patches the game got fairly better. Anybody played it?

Finally playing Mass Effect 3. I think I'm going to start a new game from the first game after finishing this play through. Kind of forgot how much I liked this series.

Started Rise of the Tomb Raider on my new, shiny Xbox One :). Only had time to get through the intro so can't comment on the game much yet. The rumble in the controller shoulder buttons/triggers is kinda weird.... ?

I'm also working my way through the original Legend of Zelda on my Wii U VC. I'm following IGN's walkthrough for this one. I was crap at this game as a kid; seems I'm still not very good at it. I collected a few heart containers, the white sword, and blue ring so now I'll be starting the first dungeon soon.

Rise of Tomb Raider is really great. Definitely the best tomb raider to date. I may re-purchase the 20th anniversary edition to play through again on PS4 pro.

Jumped back into GTA5 for some fun, playing the story missions. I should be pretty far into the game, maybe I'll finish it soon. :)

Finished GTA5 story. Very well done, I enjoyed it! Not a perfect game, but to me the best in the series so far.

Still watching the end credits...30 minutes and counting! Amazing how many people worked on this game.

And here I always wondered if there's anybody at all watching credit rolls in video games.. :D

That said, I eventually watched a good deal of Wolfensteins credits - but that's more like 5mins I guess.

Does GTA5 have multiple endings? That choice Franklin has to make before the final mission seems to indicate so. Probably should have kept a safe file, eh?

Yeah, there are a few different endings depending on your decisions relating to other characters.

I started playing Halo 5 again tonight. Figured it was time to put my overpriced paddle controller to the test.

Can't emphasise how much COD inflated my ego when it came to FPS games. Halo and CS keeps me humble.

Got Fallout 4 from Gamefly(they shipped before I could cancel) and so I started messing around with it yesterday. Fun game so far. My aim is crap and have almost been killed by roaches and mole rats. The feral ghouls really suck.

I enjoyed my power armor but need to find a new fusion core for it. The home building is kind of fun in Sanctuary, but I need to find circuitry somewhere so I can build the "survivor attraction tower"(or something like that).

Not too good working the VATS system yet either. Sometimes it seems to work other times it doesn't.

You probably want to user the power armor sparingly and save it for the big baddies, because those fusion cores are not very plentiful.

I believe you can find the electronics you need for the tower by scavenging some of the light posts in the streets around your home base (sanctuary) area.

Good to know on the power armor and the cores. I parked it at the gas station. And nope on the circuitry from the lampposts. I cleared just about all I can minus some trees in Sanctuary and the gas station (I think I spent most of my time so far playing in game sims :) ) and have metric tons of wood, rubber, and steel now, but the more intricate stuff is harder to come across I guess.

Total: Warhammer

Awesome game. Not into strategy really but this one is the icing on the cake. I play on easy and I read that the mechanics were made a wee bit more accesible for newcomers like me but being an avid Warhammer fan in my teen-years I am still amazed about the beautiful depiction/adaption they made. Creative Assembly, after Alien:Isolation, seems to be pros regarding that fandom job.

Cool thing is you can easily add mods via Steam workshop which adds cosmetics like new or better paint jobs (a nice nod to nostalgia since you'd have to paint all your models too) or completely different game mechanics/new units.

Highly recommendable!!

And for those that indeed consider getting this: the DLC I guess is a bit on the excessiv side with this title but that shouldn't hold you back imo since the vanilla game is awesome in itself. Since I'm partly a collector at heart and did so with the warhammer miniatures before I'm super happy that they expand the content, which would have been totally unrealistic to be included in-depth in the base game. So no complaints from me.
