You see what 20 years has done to my knowledge with Mac ? Everything was good till Jobs cut off development on OS 9 at the time and also I HAD other life changing things. I wish life wasn't so complicated.
.pls files have nothing to do with iTunes or it's folder structure. These are streaming files that each internet radio station generates.
Example, SOMAFM and it's radio stations: https://somafm.com/listen/

If you right click on those stream links you get the option to save the .pls file. That's what you add to iTunes.
Note that some radio stations don't post these links or they can be difficult to find.

I don’t understand his directions to build Classilla, the building documentation in my opinion isn’t the best and OS 9 is nothing like a normal unix devlopment environment do I’m at a loss. I’ve already tried a few times and it never went anywhere.
I think radio is dead you would need the iTunes source code to do anything as far as I can tell.
I think your best shot is to use that TLS 1.2 library that requires the retro68k toolchain to compile, but you’d need to figure out how to compile Classilla with it.
Hi, its not working..
You copy the url and in iTunes press cmd+U and paste it.

Today, I copied files remotely using scp and smb, filled out a PDF form, printed it, scanned it, and saved as PDF. Shutdown a raspberry pi from the PowerPC Mac.
As far as url is concerned, will classila even load up to get the url ?
I make a list on another machine then move the list to OS9 - copy and past into iTunes. Example attached.
Ok, but when I go into OS 9, iTunes doesn't know what to do with it. Tiger yes, because iTunes 9 works(for now).
Anyway, nothing plays.. but I did copy the url.
Do audio files play? Have you checked the sound preferences?
Sounds like you're too wound up to concentrate - take a break from it, get sleep - your body will thank you..and the forum will still be here later.
What is a Raspberry pi and why would i need it ?
What are the specs of your iBookYep! I had the video files downloaded to my hard drive and then I encoded them to play on Quicktime 6 under OS 9 (I used the 240p option).
500MHz G3, 640MB of RAM, 10GB spinner (will soon be upgraded to an SSD). Runs only OS 9 atm, but will run OS X too once I upgrade the HDD to an SSD.What are the specs of your iBook
