Oneplus 7T...sent Mini back last week.
Honestly, Oneplus is the only take on Android I like. They did a great job on the Android 11 version of Oxygen OS. Clean and smooth with actual useful features.

iOS>Oxygen OS>Stock Android are my only options.

To answer the post: IP12 and happy with it .... until I'm not lol
Tried IP12P, IP12Mini, sold my IP12P and sent Mini back.

Running an 8 currently, still has 86% battery health and is doing everything I ask of it, will keep this until "forced".

If I had to upgrade today it would probably be the SE.

Upgraded from a 6s-X-12 pro. First times I've skipped yearly upgrades. Wish I could've gotten the PB but I chose Graphite to get it in a week. Got 650 from Verizon for an 8 that I fixed at my store and traded in. Really like the design and screen. I really miss 3d touch though, haptic touch just has this delay that I hope Apple can solve with machine learning to replicate. (doubt it tho). I even cracked the back of my first one very slightly but the dude at the apple store was cool and said he couldn't see a "point of impact" so I got one with a less yellow screen too.

Now that the 12 series is out I'm just curious what phone are you guys currently using going into 2021. If you didn't upgrade how is your old phone holding up? I have the 12 Pro Max but having slight buyers remorse as I feel my XS Max could have easily lasted another year or 2.
Uhm……yeah. All of them?

Ignore the Pixel on the top left, that's my current primary phone. ;)

iPhone 11 pro. I still love it. Jumping off the yearly upgrade train and plan to keep this at least 2 more years.

2020 iPhone SE As my work phone, quite happy with it except the battery life. i'm coming from a OnePlus 7T and i felt that 4 hours of SOT isnt that great. i dont know if the background use of the whatsapp business is effecting the SOT or not.

I have a 128gb Simfree unlocked iPhone 12 in blue. Only regret I have is not waiting. Although I wanted blue I only needed a 64gb and could only get that unlocked for in store pick up in black, so I paid the extra and got the lost blue in stock. Battery is amazing contrary to what I have read

I tried the 12 Pro Max. Loved everything about it but I am still sensitive to the OLED screen. So back to my 11, which, I love it for all that it does. I just wish it had a 512gb option.

Was on iPhone since the 4 came to Verizon. In March I went from the XS Max to the Galaxy S20U. Now I am on the Silver 12PM, glad to be back and love the chassis ala iPhone 5.

Currently using the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
However, I could have easily stayed with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I just remember loving the iPhone 4/5 shape.

12 Pro Max, utterly delighted with it. To be fair though, I was completely happy with my 11 Pro Max, I only upgraded because it worked out about half price when trading in the 11.

X. But I am upgrading to 12 Pro Max soon. I am very happy with the X, but I need a camera upgrade since I enjoy taking pics of outdoors/concerts, esp at night. Also, A LOT of dog pics. Most of the time, their heads are blurry. lol.

And I kinda miss the big size of the Plus.

11 Pro max 256 GB and I am happy with it. Battery health is at 93% a little over a year since I got it and works great. Still considering maybe upgrading sometime in 2021 to the 12 pro max but may end up just waiting for iphone 12 S or iphone 13 (whatever the 2021 phone will be called lol).

Graphite 12PM. Very please with it. Really like the camera in dark situations. I exercise by walking at night and love catching unusual shots.

I've settled into the Mini after using the 12 Pro for a few weeks. I had both concurrently and the 12P always just felt a little unwieldy in my hand (I hate two handing phones). Back tap for Reachability was okay but it always seemed a little delayed and it was just quicker to reach up with my non-phone hand. I have the white Mini which I used with a Spigen Neo Hybrid for a while and now that I've taken the case off the phone is absolutely perfectly sized for me.

It's a real shame because I wanted to keep the Pro for its extra 2GB of RAM and the LiDAR/extra camera (the shots I did take with it were stunning) but I've just never been a big phone guy and they went too far with the size this year.

I still have my XS Max. Was considering the 12 Pro Max but I find the sharp edges and size uncomfortable in my hand. The XS Max is really easy to hold in comparison. (I'm 6" ) I never use a case. Might wait a few years until they go back to rounded edges, or until I really need to replace my XS.

I was using the original SE until recently along with a Note 9. Both phones eventually had issues appear so now I'm using my wife's old 8 Plus product red. 256GB of storage which is a nice bonus.

It is a nice phone and in excellent condition. I use the dark theme which makes a big difference with the smaller screen. Forgot how nice it is to use a Plus phone again.
