6 plus, can't seem to give up the home button. ( missing out on the iOS updates etc has finally caught me up)

Dropped it yesterday for the first time ( not really a drop, but if fell out of my pocket, whilst getting out of the car) after ~6 years naked, replaced screen immediately, so it's been incredible value.

Will go with whatever the 12 is, when it's released.

X - will be upgrading to 12; About to complete 36 months. real good return on that phone.
Will never sell this; X was surely a special model (for me).

Agreed. The X was the first phone I used for more than a year (I used to upgrade every year), but the X I used for 2 years and have been using an 11 Pro this past year. The X still feels phenomenal in the hand, looks new and still runs well. Its done well for a 3 year old phone. If it wasn't for the significant camera upgrade I would have kept using it.

8-plus... not sure if my camera is having an issue but lately photos have been more pixelated.
Battery life is at 70 percent.
Debating if I hold on another year or try for the 12 or maybe scoop up a reduced price 11 model.

X - I used to upgrade semi-frequently. This phone is still a powerhouse and I can't get over how modern it feels, even after 3 years old. It's the first phone I think I will use until it breaks - hopefully get another 3 years out of it (with a battery replacement, of course).

Still using my iPhone 8. The battery is starting to die faster, so it may be time to upgrade soon.

I abandoned ship. After many years of iPhones, I recently switched from an 8 Plus to Google Pixel 4a.

Direct cable attached data transfer (contacts, messages, music and notes) during initial setup was flawless. After a bit of stumbling to sort out different UI/gestures, tuning notifications, sorting out local Mac backup and a few other things, I am much happier.

Messaging between multiple devices is not so smooth/efficient but I actually prefer it now (not getting dinged on multiple devices when someone sends a text, etc.). AirPods work great too.

iPhone 7 bought day one in 2016. I replaced the battery 2 years after. It works perfectly but i really would like a 6.1" inch display + OLED, I will buy the 6.1" non-pro iPhone 12 day one for sure.

From 7 to 12 6.1", sounds like a legit upgrade imo :)
