I don’t really qualify as I have mostly Apple products but I have a few non Apple devices.

Phone: iPhone XS Max
Tablet: iPad Pro 10.5, iPad mini 4, fire HD 8
Computer: MacBook Air 11 inch 2014
Watch: Apple Watch series 3
TV: Apple TV 4, Chromecast, fire TV stick
Smart speakers: HomePod x2, echo, echo dot, Google home mini

Back in 2012 when this thread started:

Phone: Samsung Galaxy note (original), iPod touch 5th generation (not a phone)
Tablet: Samsung Galaxy tab 2 10.1, Nexus 7 first gen
Computer: Dell inspirion 15 inch, Samsung series 3 chromebook
TV: Apple TV 3

I have a

PC Laptop
Chromebook
Pixel 3 XL

First time in a long time I haven't had a mac, but I just don't do enough to justify it and I have my pc laptop to do the 5% of things I can't do on Chromebook.
My next computer will be a chromebook. Like you I can’t justify a full computer anymore as I’m not using my Mac at all.

By the time you need that next computer, a chromebook WILL be a full computer. ;)

Mine is essentially a work in progress...

MacBook Pro
iPad Pro
Pixel 3 XL
Google Home Mini
Sonos One
Fitbit Charge 3

I've only eliminated my HomePods, iPhone XS Max, and Apple Watch S4.

Apple TV (Netflix/Hulu)

I’d like my phone to better integrate with my computer so I have been looking at Android devices as I’d be able to text from my computer which would be nice as I wouldn’t have to use my phone at all when I’m home.

My Apple TV is old now and needs to be replaced, I may pick up a roku instead of another Apple TV.

Apple Watch will be replaced in March, probably with a Fitbit or a Garmin.

I have a 2 TB external. A must, indeed, with only an Air.
I don't know what people do with all the space on their laptops. Movies, music and photography, yes but HDDs? it seems standard and sensible in the modern age but I dislike Portable HDDs. Anything I want in 2 places, I'll use the Cloud.

Anyway, I only use iOs or MacOs.

When one has terabytes of data/media that is regularly accessed, using the Cloud (any cloud) is not financially practical. Not only in terms of the subscription of the cloud storage nor of the data caps imposed by ISPs. Then there's the practical issue of downloading a 1GB file, modifying it, and uploading it.

I hadn't condsidered those points, thank you.

Come to think of it I do use a 500GB drive at the back of my TV for recording shows when I'm not around and I didn't realise Cloud data could get so pricey.

I'm still somewhat awestruck that I paid 1249 for my iPhone yet it has 256GB of storage on board. That was one of the things I hated about android:too many corrupted cards that at no time did I feel my data was safe.

I have too much stuff, so only listing what I actually use whether daily or on a regular basis.

Desktop .....

Custom build desktop PC ....Ryzen 2700x, 32gb ram, 1080ti, 970 Evo 1tb(Windows Drive), Adata PCIe 480gb(Linux Drive)

Laptop .....
2018 MBP 15 inch i7, 16gb ram, 512gb, 560x
Also have a 2015 MBP

ASUS Q200E 11.6 inch(touchscreen) i3-2365M, 4gb ram, 250gb SSD(swapped out the HDD). This thing keeps on pushing, and was built very well. Works decent with Windows 10 but I installed Chromium OS on it instead. Now I have a fast bootleg Chromebook. Only downside is Chromium OS doesn't do Android apps. I travel a lot with this, without the need to baby it. It's pretty tough too. I'm looking at getting an actual Chromebook though.

Smartphone....
Samsung Galaxy S9+ .... Anxiously waiting to get the S10+
iPhone 8+ (most likely my last iPhone)

Smartwatch ....
Samsung Gear S3 Frontier

Tablet ....
Original iPad Air (a bit slow in loading apps, but working fast enough for what I use it for)
Nexus 7 2013 (but it recently died on me :()

Console ....
Xbox One X and Nintendo Switch.

Streaming devices ....
Amazon Fire Stick, Chrome Cast, Roku Box.

Home Assistants ....
Echo 2nd gen, Echo dot 2 gen, Google Home
Spotify just sent me a free Google Mini cause I'm on the family plan. I picked the Aqua color. Was surprised how loud this little thing could get.

Starting to migrate away from Apple:

Edit: 15” Surface Book 2 (replacing iPad and eventually my aging 2013 27” iMac)

iPhone 7+

Waiting on 2019 Androids before I bail on the iPhone.

I'm not sure if there will be a better phone from Android manufacturers but there will definitely be a better value next year.

Up until October of this year I was 100% Apple but now...

Computer: Microsoft Surface Pro 6, i7, 512Tb SSD, 16Gb RAM. Backup laptop is now my old 2012 MBA 11" i7.

Tablet: see above, though I do have an iPad Pro gathering dust somewhere.

Phone: I use an iPhone SE purely as a slightly smarter dumb phone (calls, SMS and Whatsapp) and to serve my watch. For everything else I have a Samsung Note 9. I would move completely over to the Android phone if I could fit it in my pocket and also find a watch I liked the look of that had Google pay.

Here's all what I use on a regular or semi-regular basis:
  • Custom-built desktop PC (used for video encoding and PC gaming)
  • 2018 MacBook Air (daily driver)
  • Dell Inspiron 7559 (for portable PC gaming and as a backup laptop)
  • 2012 Mac mini (iTunes and Plex server)
  • iPhone 6S (prefer this as my regular phone as it's more reliable and secure)
  • LG V30 (I usually use this as a high-res music player and camera more than as a phone these days, turned out to be fairly buggy and unreliable)
  • iPad Pro 9.7" (for making music and when I don't feel like carrying my MBA)
  • Apple Watch Sport S1

  • Microsoft Surface Book 2 (my daily driver)
  • iPhone X
  • Apple Watch S3 cellular
  • 2013 iMac (iTunes server and SETI@Home)
  • AppleTV x 5

3 windows PCs. 4 iPhones. 2 apple watches. 2 AirPods. Xbox 1. PS4. 2 MacBook Pros. 4 iPad minis. 1 Kindle. 1 Wii. 2 FitBit watches.

Desktop: Self-built W10 PC, originally built in 2009 with upgrades since
  • Motherboard: ECS GF-8200A
  • CPU: AMD Phenom X4 9550, 2.2 GHz
