I thought Snow White and the Huntsman had great atmosphere. Mostly I was disappointed in Kristen Stewart's performance. She did not seem to have what it takes to storm the castle. ;)

A report is requested, please. :)

Three minutes to start of movie....which means probably 20 minutes of commercials. ETA of spoiler free review: 2 hours 30 minutes. Should not have bought a soda.....my 42 year old bladder might not make it.....

Just rewatched project x, would never pull it off in real life but extremely fun to watch

Great flick. Besides the whole memory thing, original enough story to be something new but yet lots of little winks to the original. Top notch effects and action and not butt numbing long like some movies. Plus Kate and Jessica really easy on the eyes. Let's see if you have to sit through the credits for a bonus scene......nope.

Casino Royale. So far fetched but good 00 fun.

Just saw trailer for the new bond flick. Looks pretty good.

Just saw the newest installment in the Ice Age series. It was great fun for the children which means it was great fun for me. :D

Some Like It Hot- a great Billy Wilder comedy.

Thanks for the report. Still thinking about seeing it in the theater! :)

This is still one of my favorites.

Re-watched "Galaxy Quest". I can't believe it was released in '99. I feel old. Even knowing what's coming next, I laughed a lot.

I saw "Cowboy Bebop", and enjoyed it. I also finally got to see "Dr. Horrible's Sing-along Blog". I don't know that I'd watch it again, but it was fun to watch.

Indeed. I'd say I only own worthy movies, but "Cats & Dogs" was on at my home three times this weekend...I thought I'd need to tear my eyes out, and I disproved my own point. Apparently, I can be suckered into owning worthless movies, too.

I constantly request that my wife rents movies she has not seen before buying them.

I recently learned that an "event horizon" is the edge of a black hole? I kinda remember this movie, but don't remember if there was a black hole or not.

The ship creates an artificial black hole to transport instantly from one point in space to another. However the ship disappears, then reappears years and years later.

The movie is about finding the survivors and ultimately, where the ship went.

Its a great movie I'd love to see a remake.
