Fascinating history:

I loved this movie. My son played ice hockey at the Kroc Center in San Diego when he was a kid. Joan did a great job funding some excellent athletic centers.
Ray Kroc has quite a reputation in Chicago (of course!) where it all started. My house was right behind McD no. 1 when growing up. I agree, an excellent movie.

maestro……

meh, the first several scenes are mishmash non introduction of the plot.
typical “ooh, im dumb enough as a viewer and will accept any crap over my head” angle of the movie.
now they are arguing in a theatre among them selves.

they purposely make movies to make the viewers confused now!

I’m the only one who watched Repel Moon Part 1 (AKA Zack Snyder’s Star Wars remake) on Netflix?

Nope, I watched it last night and I actually enjoyed it, thought it was good, a bit unoriginal in some bits, but original in others. I like the way they did the fight scenes. I will be watching part 2 in April. Story was alright, a lot darker then Star Wars and certainly better then the recent Star Wars films!

I did see an interview with the cast and the women who plays the lead role said in the R rated version she gets naked? but it wasn’t a perfect body on her she has something different? I was intrigued by that but she wasn’t naked in the one I saw? So now we have different versions of Netflix films?

A real debate-conclusion can be made about the trashing of the Star Wars franchise, along with some glimmers of light. But since we ( general term) already did that here, I’d still be willing to give it a look as a wild card knock off. :)

he's currently in margaret river (south of perth) filming his new one.
down to earth kinda guy - does his own supermarket shopping, etc
the surfer
It's selfish but I'm kind of glad that he wasted his money on gambling and started acting in a lot of movies.

I saw Rebel Moon. It was OK. And not the Star Wars ripoff everyone keeps saying, except maybe for the fire swords/light sabers. Though the world and everyone in it were so grimy, I felt like I had to take a shower afterwards. It was also shot very darkly. Like everything was in perpetual nighttime.
