What pocket do you put your iPhone in?

My thoughts exactly.

Who would put their iPhone in their back pocket anyway. Worst case scenario someone pickpockets you, best case scenario you sit on your phone... I don't get it.

I carry mine in my BACK pocket exclusively. Then again, I am smart enough to remove it from my back pocket and place it on the table, desk, or carrier in my vehicle before I sit down. Also, I don't live in a "pickpocket" area.

I don't know it just seems like extra work to have to pull your phone out of your pocket every time you sit down. Seems to me it's much less work to just put it in a front pocket and not worry about it or have to constantly handle it (and potentially drop it). I'm not being critical of your choice, it just doesn't make much sense to me personally.

Left pants pocket. When wearing a sportcoat, inside pocket on the jacket. 99% of the time, left pants. Like another post said, I am right handed so the left pocket works, take it out with the left hand, right hand is then ready to use the phone.

Are you insane, i dont let my iphone out of my hand. At school i just keep it on my desk and when im out during the day its in my hand or its in my hand, in my jacket pocket.
My old smartphone(HTC Mogul) was stolen out of my pocket and ever since i dont put my iPhone in my pocket.

I have a very light jacket that I wear daily (classrooms are cold) and it has two pockets on the inside. I put the phone in one and the keys in the other.

I'm a leftie, so it usually goes in the right jean/pants pocket. When I'm wearing a jacket, I usually find it easier to keep it in the jacket.

I keep things in specific areas. I always keep my chapstick/coins/keys (if I'm at work) in my front right hand pocket. I always keep my iPhone in my front left hand pocket when I'm out of work, and in my back left pocket when I'm at work. My wallet stays firmly placed in my back right pocket no matter what.

Cigarettes and lighter - front right, wallet - back left, and iphone - front left. I make sure nothing else goes in front left pocket. no change, keys, nothing.
