One of these, 1GB version. Used it a lot, in the bus to school, in the car on trips, while running (it's perfect for that because it's so light, unlike my smartphone). Still works perfectly today, the silver back is really scratched though.
This thing got me hooked on Apple, bought a MacBook not long after that, my girlfriend got a MBP 15" on my advice (and loves it!) and her parents recently got an iMac 21,5", and i'm starting to notice that they are getting the Apple-bug as well :)

My First Apple product was an Apple ][e.

I still had that computer until I left home for a bit and my parents mistakenly donated it to a thrift store. I was pretty bummed.

Apple I.

Still have it, along with a Sony TV used as a monitor, the Red Book, and a cassette recorder with about 100 tapes full of programs and data...

same as me $399 - crazy....just shows how far we've come with technology and now what we can do with new devices for similar prices..

actually no - that's not mine - that's my sisters...

I got my first one when I was in Florida when I was about 11 or 12 (im now 23) ...

Picture taken in 2007 and includes my two first Apple products (purchased at the same time if memory serves, mid-late 2004): G4 Powerbook 12" (1.33 Ghz) and iPod (Clickwheel). Sadly, although I still have the Powerbook, its graphics card died a few years ago (maybe driving a 24" external display at 1900x1200px for two years wasn't the best idea I've ever had). The iPod has got to be in a drawer somewhere around here...

Four years after this picture was taken I'm still using the 24" monitor, the laptop stand, the desk, and the sennheiser hd595s. Everything else has changed.

Had this when I was little... spent many hours playing Super Maze Wars and Spin Doctor. OS 7 was amazing. Was the family computer until 2001 :)

My first Apple product, and didn't buy anything else since then. Cannot believe how many times I switched mp3-players before Apple.

My first Apple product was a 60GB iPod Photo. My father got it in china when it came out. Now it doesn't work fixed it 3 times and every time the same thing happens and it just dies down :( At the time it had more GB than my PC :p If I found one to buy I would get it right away. The battery life is amazing.

Apple iPod Video (Classic) Black 80GB..

Top of the line at that time! ;)

Still have it and still working perfectly.. Considering a faceplate & back replacement to make it new again.
