What will they call the next Generation iPhone

It's not going to go the 3GSS route. So what happens to the 19th model that Apple releases? 3GSS...SSSSSSSSS..S?

I see this as being a high likelihood. Everyone knows it's 3G by now. They'll push the next major feature in the name, while keeping it strikingly similar to past names by using two simple recognizable letters.

iPhone HD

that will give a year of impressing upon people that it's now an HD (720p) device from the camera to video playback. And 802.11n will be on board to help speed up those HD iTunes downloads. Yep, this is the way Apple is going.

After a year of HD in the name, they can revert to network referencing as the next major feature will be 4G.

5th Gen 2011: iPhone 4G

(yea it's a shame the gen didn't match up with the name sheme but uh neither did 3G [2nd gen])
 
no no ur all wrong it wil be called the: iphone better than,superman,batman,the hulk,iron man,the fantastic 4, dr house, oboma (but who isn't ok), right below jesus phone
