Only thing that can potentially stop me is the OLED panel lottery. Hopefully I get a proper display on my unit.

If the new features are not compelling, then I will likely stay with my 11 Pro. I had an X, and skipped the Xs as the changes were not enough to compel me to upgrade.

I am all for camera improvements, but at some point, with my novice photography skills, you reach a point where what you have is good enough. I am more interested in improvements in connectivity, battery life, facial recognition, RAM management etc.

Now, having said all that, I am interested in the smaller 12. I carry my phone in a belt loop holster, and phones are getting so big that it's becoming unwieldy to wear a pouch on your belt that will hold these larger phones.

I don't like carrying a phone in my pocket, so i prefer a smaller size. The 5.8 iPhone is as large as I prefer to go, so hoping that the 5.4 inch model doesn't skimp on performance or battery life. If it came in a midnight blue that would just be icing on the cake 🙂

If the LG Wing goes to T-Mobile, I’ll check that out and give the 12 a pass if the rumors hold true.

I've had the X since launch so it's going on 3 years old at this point. I typically upgrade every other model cycle when there's a redesign. The wide angle lens of the 11 Pro wasn't enough to get me to upgrade. Assuming the rumors are true and the design changes with the 12, I'll upgrade. Not that I have any issues with the X

Got 11 pro max three weeks ago. Just hoping the new one is not vastly superior as I will feel sick!

Well with the news today you will be feeling well. Also, no new models are ever vastly superior anymore*.

*Except for the new 5.4 form factor 😁

Love my SE 2. Literally the perfect iPhone IMO.
It would have been perfect for me also. But the problem with small battery, that it gets worse when health of it drops. Since i am not living in US, it will be a hard time changing my battery with oem one. Otherwise if i were to live in US, then changing every year or two new battery for $29-$49 is a no brainer for such a phone.

Same thing that stopped me from buying the Xs and the 11/11 Pro: notch size. Whenever Tim & Co. decides to make it smaller or get rid of it completely, I'll buy another flagship.

I didn’t realize how much the notch bothered me til I had the SE 2020 for a few weeks then got the 11 pro. I’m not saying I’d never buy a 12, but the notch is more of a factor for me now.

My only complaint about the SE is that even zoomed, the keyboard is so small for me to type - I’m constantly hitting the wrong crap.

Never even realized or acknowledged it until I learned what it was today 😂😂
