Just been watching a brilliant BBC documentary on raising orphaned grizzly bears in Russia. Well worth a watch on BBC iPlayer. Part 2 tomorrow.

Grizzly bear cubs and me.

I'm abandoning The Rookie. Nearly half the proposed season in and I'm not liking it at all. I won't be surprised if it's cut in a year or two.

The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, the 11th anniversary show (1973), a partial episode with Don Rickles, Burt Reynolds, Buddy Hackett, and the Matinee Lady. Actually caught this on You Tube and it almost seems like yesterday. This was when I watched the show regularly.

I don't know where I have been the last 7 years but "Suits" has finally caught my attention and 3 seasons in about to hit S4 today. With my new man crush, HS.
Time to get Litt Up.

Started watching "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" on Amazon. Really funny, well written and the acting was spot on! I'm looking forward to future episodes if they're as good as the first!

I received a four DVD collection of 'Mrs. Brown's boys' for Christmas. My grandson can not believe this program was on TV, very funny!

Watched a new episode of "The Gifted". Had to fast forward through 15 minutes or so of bloviating from politicians who think they have the right to interrupt my TV viewing. After that, there was a very enjoyable, well written and acted and timely episode of a wonderful Marvel property. So glad that it has come back from hiatus with some really strong stories!

British version of The House of Cards. Season 2. Episode 4 tonight. Everyone self-absorbed, paranoid and running their own agendas and fantasies in hopes of "winning", with no one willing to say exactly out loud what that means even to themselves, and few willing to sound in public as if on a same page either. Sound familiar in the US lately?

It has to be a brave new world every morning when no one trusts anyone else.

That’s a good show. Lewis and Donna are my favourite characters.
I just watched a movie called Cellular for a podcast called How Did This Get Made, the jerk lawyer from suits (I’m pretty sure Lewis is his name) shows up In it as....a jerk lawyer! Fun to watch just to see him playing to type.

Making time for another episode in the British production House of Cards. Really so well done, the actors are pitch perfect in their roles. Ian Richardson as Francis Urquhart is just brilliant but there are so many others even in minor roles. I've never taken this off my laptop since I first saw it, and usually have it on an iPad as well.

Watched “Manhunt” with Martin Clunes in ITV. Very good. About the hunt in 2004 for the killer Livi Bellfield.

Young Justice is back! Unfortunately only on the DC Universe app, but my favorite DC cartoon of all time. Story is just incredible, I wish the comics were as good.
They just started a new Young Justice comic last week. Looks decent enough, so far.

The comic is fill in material for the long gap between the last season and now. Not a big fan of the art myself. The show is enough for me. It's really great that it really rewards the viewer if they've paid attention thru various episodes, it does lots of callbacks without holding your hand. Yet the show is it's one thing without needing to know tons of DC continuity. At this point with all the retcons, who does know DC continuity? :D

Well, come March there will be a returning show hitting my DVR. SyFy's "Happy!" will be coming back! I love this show. It is absolutely insane in all the ways I like. Lots of sex, drugs and violence all centering on a whacked out ex-cop and his imaginary friend, (which he inherited from his daughter). If you want some lunatic fun go and watch the 1st season before it starts back up.

I caught some of the original Young Justice show back at the beginning. The new comic, though is not related, except by name. They're totally different universes. I like the animated version, but it's not within the normal DC universes continuity. And that's OK with me, because it lets their writers take things in a totally different direction. Familiar characters in a different world. I like the DC animated universe.

Which Young Justice book are you referring to? There's the new Brian Bendis version which is it's own thing, and there is another Young Justice book that continues where the original comic left off.

This is the new Bendis version

And this is the book that carries over the show

I am talking about the new Bendis book. The Young Justice:Outsiders is a digital only comic. Bendis's is a dead tree comic. They both use the YJ title, but the Outsiders is, as you said, based on the YJ animated series. Two different universes.

We just finished up season 2 the other night. Good show and good ending!
