Whats the point of Jailbreaking?

What does that have to do with hacking? Nothing. Just give it up, kid. Your dad's friend's friend didn't have access to missiles launch sequences, Apple's not trying to stop jailbreaking because a jailbroken iPhone is the world's most dangerous device, and your playing around with Bochs doesn't prove anything. For the record, you also aren't writing OS 11 and you don't have a clue how to make an untethered jailbreak. Oh, and MS doesn't own Apple.

um emulating an os on an iphone is quite different then compromising the security at los alamos and lauching a missile with an iphone lol

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. really? you have no experience with anything, so before you post, trying looking into the subject. or even reading previous posts. i wasnt talking about jailbreaking being an os inside the iphone os. you really need to learn to read.

Well I don't know about the insane idea but...

pcs makes the most outlandish posts claiming an inside track or hacking ability to the most technical issues (and not always about the iphone as demonstrated by this thread)

Then he turns around and asks questions in other threads about issues that are simple, showing he doesn't understand the concepts he is posting about.

The discrepancy simply astounds me. :eek:

Hehe what a mess of thread I made...

Thanks to everybody for their answers, I better wont try to lauch any missiles soon so... I will keep my iPhone untouched (i mean the OS) for a time.

What I learned from this thread:

iphone+redsn0w+win95=missile launch & jailtime!

Evidently all the l33t h@x0rs are using win95 these days?! :rolleyes:
