Email is the biggest issue I have. I use my left hand primarily with the Max. Now the one button I need is on the far right of the phone. It is difficult to access with my thumb. Can you rearrange the buttons?

Cannot stand that they took the “updates” tab away from the App Store and buried it within the account page. STUPID!

It seems like such a bizarre design decision to me. Even after you touch your avatar the updates are below things such as "send a gift card by email". I'd only use that maybe once or twice a year, but I look at update notes for apps all the time.

Ugh, yesssss why would they take away the home button? Now I have to press whatever that new button is called 2 or 3 times to get to the actual home screen. Annoying asf!

I swear that long pressing that button wasn't bringing up Siri for me but now it is. So weird.

A short list of issues I have experienced in the last 24 hours, that has broken my "workflow" usage of my iPhone.
  • I don't seem to be receiving notifications from iMessage at all.
  • Find my friends used to have a widget in the tray to the left of the home screen. That has gone now, so I can't find my wife, etc until I go to the app.
  • Airpods will not connect to a phone call, but will connect to music apps / safari video.
  • When I take a picture, it immediately off loads it to the cloud and so I can't crop it, or edit in anyway until it has downloaded the photo I took just seconds before.
  • The UI for the photos app is woeful, but that is not really a problem / bug.
  • The photos app has been uploading 1 item for the last 24 hours.
  • Pulling down to use the quick search used to have a good set of suggestions for what I would do next based on my context (eg loaction, time of day etc) All that data seems to have been wiped in the update and is no longer contextually useful. Not currently anway.
  • Safari's home page of recently used apps etc is annoying.
Otherwise and surprisingly the battery seems ok. Just its normal rubbish self. Everything else is alright. Dark mode is not that super. Just fine.

Yeah I don’t like it that they removed Find My Friends from the widgets page and took that option away. The new app is fine, but it was much more convenient swiping over and seeing that info.

In general, I like it but there are some quirks that just aren't all right, imo. For one, my apps seem to take much longer to update even when they're not that big (>110 MB). Updating was just fine before but the slowing down in iOS 13 was definitely noticeable.

Setting up a memoji pic was somewhat cumbersome because I just couldn't scroll efficiently on my 6s. I'm very happy with most other aspects of iOS 13 running on the 6s but some menus seem oversized, as if the designers didn't pay enough attention to them.

The only thing I can't get on board with is the long press of apps to make them wiggle so you can delete them. When you're used to a very short press, having a 3D Touch menu appear is annoying.

I love the rest of it though. Dark Mode is super cool and Memoji is also nice.

Huh, so it does. Thanks for the tip, super handy!
There are quite a few little bits and pieces hidden in iOS 13. Well, maybe some were also in iOS 12 but I only just discovered them!

Two finger swipe right in Messages starts the multi-select thing. Touching and immediately moving the cursor anywhere on the screen (no 3D or haptic necessary) enlarges it slightly and it starts moving. There's also pinch-in and pinch-out with three fingers that copes and pastes, but I've not got the full hang of that yet. Especially on my small 6S screen!

Yep, the Find My Friends widget was the only thing that really kept me using widgets at all. I'll probably forget about them now it's not there.

I don’t like how they made the app icons so small inside of folders. You can make the apps outside of folders larger but not inside folders. It’s really hard,to,tell what apps are in folders now. At least for me.

The wasted space below the keyboard is my new gripe.

The removal of most 3D Touch features is definitely my least favourite part of this update. I understand it's for the new phones without a pressure sensitive screen, but they could've not touched it on the older 3D Touch supported phones. Other than that I love the update.
i did not know that, another reason why i won't update

Just got back from the apple store to evaluate 3D Touch on iOS 13 (via the iPhone 8 in the corner). Disappointed...very disappointed. Pressure sensitivity is gone. True peek and pop is gone. They have eliminated functionality within native apps and it’s more like haptic touch throughout the system. Don’t care if people disliked or never used 3D Touch. I hate what apple has done here and I hope they’re punished for it.

It seems really strange to me that my "ask to join networks" was changed from "off" in iOS 12 to "notify" when I upgraded to iOS 13. No, I don't want a popup when I walk near some random WiFi network I have no intention of connecting to.

The general gripe at this point is just how tedious it’s become to do simple tasks like updating apps, deleting apps, move the cursor, and many more relatively quick things one would do. Now there’s one or two extra steps, hidden menus, etc... The design in general is just an awful experience.

For me its definitively the completely broken smart invert colours accessibility option that Apple don't even care anymore. Its simply not working well. It even not working at all in some apps and Apple didn't do anything as of now. Its a completely lack of quality and realy disappointing for a company who said quality is their first priority and their famous "it just work" words.
