iOS has always launched at 1pm solid; never was a delay like this before - and I've done this for years!

I have done this for over a decade. If you want to be technical about it, since 2007. I know things were a little different in the beginning, however, updates have been delayed before...though usually not this long.

I would bet by around 11:00am PST/2:00pm EST it will start showing up.

Looks like it might not be until tomorrow the 17th now.

Edit: never mind, it was posted on the Indian site as the 17th.
 
Like all past releases instead of 10am pdt it should be 11am pdt

Because for iOS 13’s release the OS came live at 4am AEST (11am PDT). I’d expect the same here in like 19 minutes
