Apple usually gives a full weeks' notice for devs to reconcile their apps against a GM; even I wasn't expected iOS 14 until NEXT Wednesday.

Highly doubtful. iOS 14 is coming today, unless a major bug was found.

Exactly. Plus, it takes time for it to propagate through the servers.

Not quite true, major updates usually go past 10am for some, granted not usually by this much but they have, likely some sort of demand management.

I have done this for over a decade. If you want to be technical about it, since 2007. I know things were a little different in the beginning, however, updates have been delayed before...though usually not this long.

I would bet by around 11:00am PST/2:00pm EST it will start showing up.

Because for iOS 13’s release the OS came live at 4am AEST (11am PDT). I’d expect the same here in like 19 minutes
