It is working for me. A tip, some may know already. On my iPhone, if I force the check via cellular (disable wifi), that usually does the trick to get the update to appear. Then just enable wifi and start the download.

I feel you on all the devices. I am currently updating iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone XS, iPhone X, iPhone 7 Plus, iPad Pro 9.7", iPad Pro 11", AppleTV HD, AppleTV 4K, Apple Watch Series 4 & 5.

I don't think I am missing anything else, if I am sorry.
