Appeared on my Air 3 here in the UK, can’t check the ATV yet but guessing it’s probably there. iPhone 11 had the GM release earlier today which I’m guessing is the same build as the general release, as it says I’m up to date.

I had that for the longest time, but finally got it just a little bit ago.

I don't think it has propagated to you yet. I did not install 13.7 and it refreshed to 14 for me on a OTA update.
