Doesn't metter what language Siri speaks she has one brain. I can remember in 2011 Steve Jobs gave an iphone 4 to former Russian Presidedent Medvedev one day before the official release. History goes on a cycle :)

It will 100% be out next week. It will not be out tomorrow, nor will it be out Friday.
Trust me.

After Russia Siri info it is no longer politically correct to release 9.2. :) Next week.

I don't feel much a difference from 9.1 and 9.2 beta 4 on my air 2, but that's my opinion. I still run 9.1 on my iphone 6.

Next release most likely will be final. When they continue to update either OS X or iOS but stop updating the other it typically means it's ready and waiting for the other OS to be finalized. Also suspect TvOS is finalized too.

Also it's possible they're baking in some new features as well and squashed all the bugs this update intended on fixing. If they're baking in new features then we may not see them until final which is kind of how they do the summer Betas with features no one *Typically* ever sees until the final.

Which features came in iOS 9.0 final that we did not get to beta test this past summer other than the obvious 6s/6s+ stuff ?

Beta 4 is way more slow on my ipad mini 2 (a7 processor) than it is on my iphone 5c (a6 processor) - go figure.

It will be Beta 5 :) Apple use to release 5 betas of each iOS :)
Not really, here are the number of betas for releases over the last year or so:
8.0: 5
8.1: 1
8.2: 4
8.3: 3
8.4: 3
9.0: 5
9.1: 4

I used Siri for the first time. Asked several questions like "When will/will today iOS 9.2 (Beta 5) be released." in german. She said also in german: "Good Morning..." and several times: "You will find everything, you want to know about Apple products on apple.com/at" and did also Bing search. Now I know it but won't tell you. :p

Why do OSX and iOS have to be updated together? The last time it was only because of Emojis to be readable.
