This things a tank and not as bad weight wise as I imagined. I feel the katana for my 7 was heavier. Anyways it’s time to try and sell it to get that new ronin!

The UAG Monarch has been redesigned and looks better with more grip. Hopefully it doesn’t sag at the charging port. 15% off if you sign up for their emails so I will give it a shot.

I have the UAG Monarch (black leather) for my iPhone 11 Pro. Unfortunately it does sag a little at the bottom where the charging port is located. There is about a 1mm gap between the bottom of the phone and the case. Apart from this, and the fact that it is a bit of a grease magnet, I really do like the case.

p.s. I am a long time lurker. This is my first post ?. I appreciate all the advice given in this forum by the frequent posters.

I had a feeling you were going to chop the flap off after you mentioned it a few posts back. ?

I didn't mind the flap but the volume buttons being stiff made it even harder to use them, Nomad really need to fix these buttons, maybe if enough people complain.
O'well made for a cheap rugged anyway, haha.

Hope you have better luck with the volume buttons.

Just checked my Mrs XR folio, buttons are 100% better than mine.

Get stuffed Nomad with your stiff buttons. lol. One thing they have right is the stiff rubber around it, it's still stiff no sag with the buttons cut out.

What I’ve done since using the defender pro is pull the notification bar down from the top of the screen and adjust brightness and volume. The buttons on the defender pro are crap as well so I kind of got used to using that method of adjusting the volume.

How much do you want for this?

had it listed for $140 here on the marketplace and recently dropped it down to $115 shipped since no one was biting. Things brand spanking new with no wear anywhere except for the removable clip. I love it’s little kickstand more than I thought I would! And the stupid little loop doesn’t bother me as much as I thought it would

Just picked up the X-Doria Defense Lux (Black Leather) today. Fantastic build quality, no fingerprinting, asymmetrical cutouts, looks sleek, execellent fit BUT the power button has no tactile feedback whatsoever. Volume buttons are nice and tactile though. Shame about the power button as it might have been THE ONE.

Does it come with all the original accessories in the factory box?

Has anyone seen anything like the old Tech21 'Impact Band' for iPhone 11 or 11 Pro, where the case had pink outer with an orange section inside (I think the orange part was the proprietary D3O material)?

I'm not necessarily after a band/bumper style case. Would just like to see a case where there's translucency with an inner component in a contrasting colour (even better if it has some kind of impact-resistant properties similar to D3O).
