I want the most comfortable case to hold, easy on the pinky, not slippery, and not bulky. Mostly just the most comfortable case to hold for long periods. Any suggestions? Using a pro max.

I haven’t tried any of those, I’m using caudabe sheath right now. I like it but just want something feels better to the hands.
I started out with a Spigen Neo Hybrid on my Mini and it was literal murder on my little finger. The sharp edge of the charging port would rest right on the cuticle, which is about the thinnest skin of the entire hand. Not good.

I've been using Apple leather and silicone since and they both feel fantastic.

I would suggest either the Apple silicone or the Apple leather.
When I had the XS Max, I found myself going back to the Caudabe Sheath time and time again, regardless of how many cases I tried.
For the 12 Pro Max, I find myself going back to the Apple leather. (Granted, I haven't tried nearly as many cases as I did when I had the XS Max.)
Here are some reasons why I recommend the Apple silicone or the Apple leather:

1. The buttons are beyond excellent on the Apple leather case. The buttons on the Apple silicone are a little bit tougher to press, but that's only because they made the sides thicker/more sturdy compared to the Apple silicone cases for the iPhone 8 and prior. I'm still tempted to try out the Apple silicone case and maybe apply @KentuckyHouse's button mod.
2. The case has a better grip than any case I've tried so far.
3. The opening around the lightning cable is really soft on my Apple leather because it's worn in now. I'm amazed at its softness, and I keep glancing at it occasionally while using my phone because I can't believe how soft that area is. It almost feels like there's small amount of Silly Putty cushioning the opening. If the Apple silicone case is anything like other silicone cases that had the bottom covered (Apple Smart Battery case, Miracase Liquid silicone case, etc.), I can only imagine it feeling even better on the pinky.
4. The inside has a microfiber lining. I'm sure this is giving me a false sense of security, but I like knowing that the microfiber lining isn't scratching the back of my phone.

May Magsafe leave a print mark on official Magsafe leather only?
Or this can happen on silicone as well?
Thanks

A thin case that’ll never leave my rotation, the Power Support Air Jacket. One of the OGs of iPhone cases. I swap cases almost on a weekly basis and so far the hard plastic isn’t scratching my phone yet. Grippy plastic feels fantastic and your hands would have to be absolutely filthy to leave any visible marks on the case.
Where did you purchase it?

Thanks! Now just gotta decide leather vs silicone for the most comfort.

Had this case on my X. Loved it. It gives me protection top and bottom and front drops. Sides are exposed so it’s like holding the phone naked. Def not for those who want total protection.

I live in Southeast Asia so I got the case from one of the more popular shopping platforms in the region (Shopee, not sure if you’re familiar with them). I see that Amazon doesn’t stock the iPhone 12 PS cases yet but PS does have their own website and they ship to the US.

Just received the Bullstrap case in Sienna and Bourbon. I really like the bourbon color, but I'm afraid as it'll turn very dark as it patinas. So I'm running the Sienna right now. Which is more like the color of the Apple Saddle Brown, except better quality.

Just received my Laut Crystal Matter 2.0 in the Quartz color. Haven’t tried it on my graphite 12 Pro yet, but it seems like a really nice case. Real metal buttons. Fantastic grip (but not sticky). Semi-transparent back. Might be a smudgy beast though. I’ll report back.

Ok so I hate that I am typing this, because I really thought that the Laut case would be in my top 5 and it does have that potential. HOWEVER, the metal buttons jiggle when its on the phone. I noticed that immediately. Huge turn off. Also, the top of the case does not cover the bezel uniformly. It kinda bows out and then tapers back in. Due to the jiggly buttons, I'll not be using this case. I'm back in the Bullstrap Sienna case for awhile to develop some patina.

Damn, that is a fine looking case though. Wonder if the 12 Pro Max version has the same jiggly buttons?
