Which Case Did You Get For Your New iPhone 12/Mini/Pro/Max? [Merged]

Call off the search. This is my first post to this forum after following it for a long time, so first I want to thank everyone for making my wallet much lighter....now I have become a huge fan of the Apple Magsafe wallet and when i first got my 12PM I was using the official leather case and loved it, but i needed something more rugged for my trips and outdoor adventures. So I tried the following:
- dbrand Grip: absolutely hated it, got a bad first batch with weak magnets. Got a replacement and the magnets were not that much better, plus the thing gets incredibly dirty and with the OCD i have that was a deal breaker.
- Caudabe Sheath: love this case, its an incredible case but with no Magsafe option I had to move on.
- Otterbox Aenu: really disappointed with the cheap feeling of this case because of how expensive it is, however I will say that Otterbox got the magnet strength right.
- Otterbox Symmetry+: this case is a great case and the magnets are incredibly strong. This would be my daily driver if it was not for my brand new case that arrived today.
- Caudabe Synthesis Magsafe: This case is the winner in my opinion, super well made, super thin, perfect amount of grip, and the magnets have to be the closest to Apple's own cases that I have tried. I am in love with this case.
Fell victim to a stupid Dbrand holographic. They haven’t shipped it yet; ordered it this weekend.
Just received the long awaited stealth black Caudabe Synthesis w/ MagSafe for my graphite iPhone 12 Pro Max. Love it.
Absolutely going to be my daily driver until the next iPhones are released.
Kumquat with Blue iPhone 12. Loving this combo and was very in the fence before buying it. It’s my favorite now.
Synthesis is an excellent case, great fit, no branding. Just wish they had a MagSafe version for the 12 pro
Caudabe would also pull one more order from me if they created a MagSafe Sheath. Not sure I could order it fast enough once I found out it was available.
I’m yet to see a flexible case like sheath with MagSafe. I think the back needs to be somewhat rigid to have MagSafe.

I got the Silicone case in Amethyst, for my purple 12!
Thinking of getting the cloud blue case for my pacific blue pro max, wonder if the corners still pop off 🤦♂️ Anyone got any pics of that combo? 👀📱
This Cloud Blue is divine. Wish it came in a sports band for the Apple Watch.
Haven’t had any corners pop off of my silicones. Did you contact apple to get a replacement?

My Caudabe Synthesis Stealth Black MagSafe arrived today, 17 days to Australia lol. What a case.
Back is similar to this years OB Symmetry.
Buttons Excellent.
Cut outs great no alligator pinky.
Perfect amount of lip with a GSP (spigen with tray I have)
Good grip on sides.
Bit shorter and not as wide as my Nomad. Won’t be showing a ring on the back that wont come out either.
Perfect fit all around, no gaps on top (hello nomad).
They are on a winner here better late than never lol.

I ordered a magsafe decoded case back on April 22. After 3 weeks I hadn't gotten it and contacted Decoded and they sent me a case that was delivered in a week. Fast forward to today, just got what I can only assume is the original case. I had to go back and double check to make sure I hadn't accidentally ordered and paid for 2 lol!
My first case I dropped from car seat height, maybe 3 ft onto my driveway. It fell on the bottom corner and bounced and landed face down, gouged a corner of the case and chipped the screen ptotector but otherwise it was fine so I'm happy with it.
IMO Decoded is the way to go if your looking for a leather case

Between the Otterbox Symmetry Clear and the Tech21 Evo Clear - anyone have a preference? I have the Otterbox now and it's been a great case but omg the yellowing. If only I could find a red silicone case that has military grade protection similar to Otterbox. I honestly don't trust some of the manufacturers as it's easy enough to make a claim around protection but I do trust Otterbox and Tech21.
