Same with my 12PM Navy Sheath, and got the same response from Caudabe (they were very quick on that turnaround!).
If it was a "small batch" issue, I wonder if it was color specific?
Either way, I'm hopeful they'll make it right.
Haven’t been keeping up with the thread but just wanted to follow up and post that I received the replacement Sheath today and the fit is perfect. Feels so much better in my hand - Glad they fixed it!

Yeah it is slow as molasses. Not sure what case to try next lol.

You got a Apple leather California Poppy right?
No, I had the Kumquat Silicone but returned it. I would not be able to use such a fruity color. I did like it though.
Kind of miss that Kumquat, it was HOTT !

It was hot though. The Leather Cali Poppy is also hot. Guy posted a couple pics a page or two back.

Yeah it does look hot. But I should probably get a different case vs. yet another Apple leather. Hmm. Will depend on what sales come out before the end of the year I guess.

I believe if you put the phone over a MagSafe charger will there be a higher chance of having the ring.

If you use a stand where the phone will be attached vertically, the chances may be less.

I have been using MagSafe charger with a stand for 2 weeks and no rings so far.

MagSafe with a stand is cool.

Makes you feel Apple has a new feature. Otherwise it is the same old thing like the past few years.

No ring on the sheath, apple leather, silicone, and the ob symmetry all got it.

I've got a cheap wallet type case for my iPhone 12, but having just bought a Product Red iPhone 12 for my son, I've bought him the matching Product Red silicon case.

I am just having a deep thought about how we perceiving our own mind.

On clear case/plastic case, we observe different range pricing and quite interested to know why we invest in more expensive(exponentially) branded case. Is it about quality we chasing for or the price defined what the good case is?

I see £2 case and £30 cases which are not that different in terms of cents value.
How do we justify to buy the more expensive option?

Branding indicates that a company stands behind their product and/or cares enough about the product to make some modification and mark on it. Consumers generally perceive this favorably, and we adjust our expectations which seems to broadly reduce price elasticity. So we’ll pay marginally more for a product we consider marginally more favorable.

Does anyone have experience with Puregear cases? They have two interesting cases their website/amazon. I’m interested in one called DualTek:

Guess who still hasn't received his Sheath that was ordered on November 27. I don't remember how long my Sheath orders took for my previous iPhone, but this seems unusually long (I'm in Illinois). As I wrote previously, I still haven't opened my box yet (in fact, it's still in the UPS package) because I was waiting for my case to arrive. Well, it's been sitting "in transit" for days now, so I'm guessing the Pony Express is back in business.
I might have to stop by Best Buy tonight and pick up a temporary case, which I was trying to avoid having to do.
